I received very knowledgeable assistance from the staff — and a handful of free samples! I love the story behind this company and always feel extra special using their products.

Glad I found it in the corner of the Memorial Mall at Gessner Road. The shop(sales?) assistants have been very friendly and helped me a lot. Offered different things of whom one I choose the other one not and there was no arguing or anything else. I am a man, so things might be different for women, but I like the shop. Could be a bit bigger and a few more products. I assume it is not their choice. But I left satisfied with my purchase. Can you asked for more?

I decided to go to this location because of the obscene treatment I received at the Highland Village location as in being stared down the whole time I was in the store well guess what it happened again here– only worse!!! the lady actually moved with me InSync through the whole place staring and standing literally 2 feet away the whole time just staring with A bizarre smile on her face I kid you not no exaggeration here all people! Does this company train their employees to be suspicious and psychotic looking at the same time? this is the most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had it was insane I rushed across the room to check a price on something and she rushed with me and then rushed back with me in step!!! insane!!! What is the deal here both places empty psychotic smiles plastered on the face of their female employees Following you around like a proven Felon! I literally felt rushed because she was staring me down so hard and so uncomfortable I could not wait to get the hell out of there but I needed to get this product. Loccitane– what the hell is wrong with your employee training? I. will. never. return to this place. ever.

I am not a longshoreman. I am not a lizard. It works out kind of good that I live in such a humid climate, because my poor skin dries, cracks and screams out in pain unless it’s immersed regularly in lotion. But when winter comes, watch out. For industrial, over-the-top moisturizing power I just love the products from L’Occitane. To me, they have the best hand cream ever, with 20% shea butter, that can turn my hands from cracked disaster into supple softness. The foot cream, with lavender(15% shea) is wonderful as well. I love the smell! And the Imortelle face cream is powerful stuff to keep me looking young. I’ve used some of their other stuff, like aromatic bath salts and soaps. A lot of things to pamper you, but to save your skin I can’t do without it. Do you think the Four Seasons Hotels uses Dial? No, their bathrooms are stocked with L’Occitane. It is the best line of skin care products out there. Bye bye lizard-skin!
