RUN AWAY FROM THE STORE MANAGER Shacoya McNeil Sales Lead #1307
I will not be back as long as that manager is in the store, rude customer service and would not let me return or even get store credit with my ordered item I got online. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE LOFT AGAIN.
Went to the one in Rice Village to return and it was processed so smoothly.

How and why does this place have no reviews yet? It’s been open for years. Anyhow, this is my favorite Loft location other than Pearland because their sale section is enormous compared to other locations and the staff is quick to take my stuff to a dressing room, which is great because I typically end up trying on and buying many items here since the selection is so great. Another great thing is that they seem to get new arrivals in before the other locations do, so if you’ve seen something cool online that just got added to their line, this is the place to find it. Also, parking is free and always easy here during the times I’ve dropped in.
