Lovesac

This review is based on the customer service, rather the lack thereof.
My husband and I went to the Galleria today specifically to check out the LoveSac store. We had been to the store in Austin and were really excited and interested in taking a second look at what they had. The customer service in the Austin store was really great.
This visit to the Galleria LoveSac today was a huge disappointment. We walked in and neither of the two women working said anything to us. One woman was just finishing up with another couple, so it made sense that she didn’t say anything. The girl behind the counter wouldn’t even bother saying a word. Rude.
Finally when we were the ONLY people in the store, I went up to the girl behind the counter and asked her a question, which she barely answered.
Then after awhile I made a comment to my husband that no one had even bothered asking if we had any questions… right after that the other woman (who had previously been with a customer) asked if we had any questions. We asked her about some prices. She went behind the counter to check on the prices and the other girl that was pretty rude made a comment under her breath, which I THINK was in regards to a question I had asked about getting a higher pillow for your back. From what I could hear, she thought it was funny… OK.
I think I was getting pretty turned away at that point just by the lack of customer service/​sales. Note to whoever the owner is, this Houston sales team is NOT doing a good job, at least for some reason they dropped the ball with us. They didn’t try to explain anything, the didn’t greet us, and they didn’t treat us like we were valuable potential customers…
Their rudeness really brought us to focus even more on the really high prices of the couches… so we just decided we’d leave. No one said a word as we were leaving. Mind you, we were friendly the whole time.
People like the two girls who were working make me feel disappointed for a little while after… Come on people, just be friendly… it doesn’t take much.

We’d highly recommend Lovesac! We had looked around at several stores and realized that the cost/​comfort/​quality ratio by far outweighed other solutions. Bethany and her staff were extremely helpful in helping us design the layout of the room, selecting the best arrangement/​pieces of furniture and pillows for our needs, and coordinating fabrics to complete the look. We started off with just two movie sacs and squatomans, but loved everything so much that we came back and purchased two more squatomans and several more pillows to complete the room. Everything was delivered to our home faster than the time estimated and the family has been enjoying relaxing in the comfort of Lovesac ever since! The sacs are so comfortable that we often bring them to different rooms throughout he house to enjoy. Two thumbs up; we «lov» Lovesac!

Lovsac is da bomb. Bethany, Margarita and Erica rock my world. Margarita especially blew my mind with her sactional demonstration. I came here only wanting coffee, and I left with everything. EVERYTHING… Get on that fox phurr. It’s so foxy, it’ll make you purrrr.

My wife and I were in the Lovesac today at the Galleria! We were so impressed with the overall atmosphere and the sales team. They seemed to be having fun and really enjoying their day! Everyone was super friendly, extremely kind and not your typical pushy sales people. We dealt with Bethany directly and she was so helpful in planning our room and picking the best number of pieces and fabric for our lifestyle and specific needs. We have been looking for furniture for several months now and completely fell in love with your product and plan to buy in the next coming weeks. Your product is truly original and just what we have been looking for. We will be sending all of our friends to your store and spreading the word! Thank you so much for making our shopping experience so nice and refreshing. The sales team made us feel right at home and we will always stop by and say hi when we are at the mall!

First, let me say that this concept is brilliant. Second, this location is amazing. The staff, particularly Joanne, reflect the retail experience people want and managers should covet. My husband and I purchased a Supersac box set today and we LOVE it. It is incredibly comfortable and unique. Our next furniture purchase will be Sactionals to build our perfect sofa experience!
