If only I was a DIY kind of person, I would be frequenting this place even more so! However, when I do come here I enjoy my visit every time. Always clean and organized I can find my items easily throughout the aisles. They offer you a «My Lowe’s» membership for free, and every purchase it is logged into my account. I recently had an issue with my kitchen faucet so I looked up my history, called customer service, and they were able to direct me to the manufacturer to replace some of the parts. The prices here are less expensive in comparison to their competitors.

Asshat customer service, vaguely pointed in the right direction was told the item I was looking for was in the middle area of isle 1… Went and looked both me and the employee were both on isle 1… and that was after 25 mins of locating someone.
Also cart straps had paint or stain embedded in them ruining my kids outfit, after speaking with customer care just to let them know about the cart and the issue with the strap was treated like I was wasting the customer care persons time. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there from today’s experience.

The staff here is always great. I’m not a real DIY guy, so I easily get lost in a hardware store.
Most recent trip was for a garbage disposal, keys, and some other hardware.
The team in the plumbing department took the time to ask about our kitchen habits, etc to make sure they were recommending the right unit.
If ya buy anything and happen to need it installed, just ask! They’ve got recommendations for local contractors as well.

They usually have what I need and Heather (lighting) is such a peach — the epitome of someone with customer service skills! The lack of stars is because of the other sometimes ignorant staff who don’t seem to have a clue … Maybe they’re just lazy?
Oh well. This store beats most other locations, so I’ll give it some credit…

Clean, helpful, and well priced. More family oriented than Home Depot. Unlimited Pinterest potential here. Just open your wallet and give them all of your credit cards. Great garden center.
