We are delighted with our experience with Lumber Liquidators. Ace, the store manager was very responsive and a great communicator during the entire project. Since project was fairly complex, including a couple of spiral stairs, the installer, Victor, took the initiative to pre-​plan the project by building templates as an extra measure to make sure measurements were right, This extra attention to details gave us a lot of confidence in the entire teams professionalism. We competitively bid the project and Lumber Liquidators was the best value of all alternatives evaluated.
The overall experience exceeded our expectations.

I’m making an amendment to my previous post because the manager Ace tried to «make it right» by giving me the previously posted sales price. We are very happy with the new flooring.
