First time here. Staff and hygienists are super nice. Doctor was friendly and casual. Felt very comfortable.

Had a little bit of a wait, after my scheduled appointment time, but it wasn’t bad. The hygienist and dentist I had were very sweet to me, and answered every question I had without me even needing to ask. I left with a widom tooth extraction scheduled with an oral surgeon, and was told I need a root canal, and they were very good at making me feel at ease about the whole process. They have very comfortable examination chairs, too! Felt like memory foam.

I had a terrible experience here! I came in for a checkup and they magically found 5 cavities. Wouldn’t I have at least a little discomfort with one of those cavities?
I was told my experience would be a comfortable one. Wrong! Not only did I leave in pain but I returned 3 times for help with the pain. Each time, I was told it was common for patients to return for «adjustments». On my last visit, I was told not to return and to just start brushing with sensodyne.
I originally came in with no pain and it has taken 15 months for most of the discomfort to go away.
Oh, and the «free teeth whitening» — they just sent me away with chemicals to apply on my own.
Needless to say, they didn’t make me smile.
