House is not clean when they arrive and very clean when they leave. if a room needs extra attention, they give it. The regional manager often pops in during the cleanings to double check that they are doing things up to standards(or provide a bit of extra training.)

In case you only read the first couple of lines: Scratched my BRANDNEW(installed 3 days earlier) kitchen sink, broke the drain in my master bath and scratched the front of my microwave(pics attached). Here’s the details… First and foremost I am a little concerned as to WHY all of the reviews here are«not recommended». It seems strange that they have ALL been rejected. I won’t be surprised if mine is too but hopefully others will click an extra time or two, like I did, and get to the bottom of it. We have used a girl that is local and independent for a while but our schedules were conflicting and we weren’t able to make a plan that worked for everyone. We decided to go with a larger company that could provide a backup if someone called in sick. We hired Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston and schedule them to come out to do a «deep clean». While the website DOES outline what is included in their so-called deep clean, it does not say that they are going to do a half-@$$ed job and damage your home. My independent service(who I have gone back to, made it work and am VERY happy with) does more and a better job ALONE in 3 hours on a regular clean(for a third of the price) than Maid Brigade did in a 4 hour deep clean with 2 people! After we came home and discovered the damage, we contacted the Maid Brigade office immediately. ATFIRST, the GM of that branch seemed understanding and apologetic. She immediately offered to send her«manager» out to take a look so we welcomed the opportunity to make it right. Long story short, it wasn’t made right… they refused to fix anything and swore that it was not possible that THEIR staff could have done this. She stated that they only use non-abrasive materials and that nothing they used could have done this… Here’s the problem — neither my husband or I were home during the cleaning so, unless the dog did it, it’s all very coincidental that it happened the day THEY were there. They took ZERO responsibility and even resorted to name calling. In the end, they did not charge us for the cleaning but I am CONVINCED that it was because they knew the damage was much greater than the $ 225 we were going to pay them and they were hoping to pacify us. I have far more important things to do with my money than take them to court but believe me when I tell you that, if money was no option, it would’ve been worth every minute of it. Here were her final words… «I will not debate this with you. I did not charge you for the cleaning which is more than gracious. You will get no further correspondence and I expect none. If you feel the need to do anything else then you will need to do that on your end because we are done with this.» How’s that for customer service?

I have been a client of Northwest Maid Brigade for 8 – 9 years. I had used several other cleaning services prior to trying this Maid Brigade. Obviously, I’ve never left them. They are ‘Certified Green Clean’ which is a big plus in my book. They show up each week, on the same day, at the specified time, with a minimum of two workers and all their supplies. I haven’t had to buy cleaning supplies since hiring them. Another big plus! But, the best part? My house just sparkles when they are finished! I have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed and handled in a purely professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. If there is ever anything left undone, which happened once, they came back out immediately, when I called, and took care of it THATDAY! I have, and will continue to, recommend Maid Brigade. They are the best cleaning service in Houston, IMHO.
