We had Brittany come out to clean our office space. She did a fantastic job, was thorough, and finished with a smile on her face the whole time. She was very professional and even did some extra things we didnt expect. I would highly recommend this service to others

I had an awful customer service experience with them. They installed a new shower-head purchased on-line, and did it fine. But, they left with the old shower-head, which actually belonged to my building. When I called customer service to ask if they would simply return it to me since it was not theirs, they refused to do so, claimed I had contracted to give it to them(which was not true or in any contract or invoice), and then said they had«disposed» of it(whatever that means, they could not explain), and refused to offer a refund or replacement, They actually said it was not worth keeping my business in the future if they had to return or refund the shower-head. Guess what, they won’t be getting any more business from me.

Just purchased a Groupon deal for this company for two standard house cleanings(valid up to 1800 square feet). When I called the company to schedule the cleanings Nikki told me that it was a mistake on Groupon’s part and should only have been for 2 hours but that she would still honor it for me for pointing it out to her and that she would call me back in an hour to set it up. When she called back she said she would do the first cleaning for the promo price for 3 hours but that she could not honor the second cleaning and I would need to gift it to someone else because the offer was only for new clients. The Groupon fine print said«Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit.» No place did it say new customers only. Why would you sell a deal for 2 cleanings when you only allow someone to use one of them? Needless to say, I will be getting a refund from Groupon and would never use this service.
