I have to admit it’s been awhile since I’ve been to this place and let me tell you why — I called for an appointment after reading about it in a local magazine raving about it. It was in my neighborhood so I thought I’d give it a try — once I called, the lady who answered asked who referred me — said I read about it in a mag — then she said in a snooty voice, «well we only take appointments for existing clients or for those whom we’ve gotten a referral from current clients.» HUH? Turning away potential customers? I guess she took pity on me and took me anyway — a week and a half later — so I went and it was just okay — nothing special, particularly after the way she made it out to be by phone… I would not recommend this place, after the cold snooty treatment. Far too many nail places to compete with for this place to be so rude.
