Don’t bother. This isn’t worth your time and isn’t the Galleria’s best spot. First, it’s dirty. That’s an understatement. It’s filthy. Second, ask for almost any flavor and they are out of it. Third, want a small, forget about it. They don’t have small cups, so you can only get a medium or a large. Way to up sell It would’ve been too easy to offer a small portion in a medium cup since THEY ran out. So my 20 minute wait was all for nothing. This location does not do the marble slab name justice. Such a shame. What a missed opportunity.

Located in the food court, adjacent to the ice rink. The location provides a nice coldness to the air as you sit in the sidewalk patio area. They were pretty busy today. The staff was friendly. And… most importantly, the ice cream was delicious as usual.

I grew up on Marble Slab, and I’ll never not love their ice cream. But this location… meh. Don’t love it, don’t even like it. Not sure if this location is more expensive than others? My cone was around $ 7 and it was nothing special. They wouldn’t let my sister order a kid’s size, so we ended up spending around $ 13 for 2 regular sized icecreams which is ridiculous. We were expecting to spend closer to 9. Place also smelled like a toilet. Go to a different location!

After doing follow-up research on the Marble Slab Company, I am overly disappointed with this particular location. The Ice Cream itself lives up to brand standards– Fresh, Homemade, and with no added preservatives. The staff showed great technique in mixing our combinations. However when I decide I want a waffle cone in a cup, I expect it to be fresh. This location fell incredibly short. Not only was my waffle cone in a cup stale and old– with super hard sprinkles, so was my wife’s regular waffle cone. There is nothing worse than having fresh ice cream with a musty waffle cone! The whole experience was ruined. The Marble Slab Creamery franchise has a remarkable standing, as indicated by numerous awards and recognition. Major oversights such as these old waffle cones simply demonstrate a lack of concern and accountability from management, which also is a shame because all franchise owners have access to an award winning formula for success. SMH to the owners of the store in the Galleria. If you were a bar owner Jon Taffer would be yelling at you. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Really bad service, overpriced they say $ 5 for a cup or cone and I was charged $ 6. Also I was not allowed to get a kid size!

The ice cream tasted freezer burnt and my waffle cone was stale! How disappointing! This was my son’s only visit to the Galleria!

Overpriced! Are they all this expensive now, or just this one? 2 scoops of ice cream in their smallest size cup…$ 6! Not worth it.

I decided to have the birthday cake, but I don’t have a huge sweet tooth so I asked the lady behind the counter if I could have a kid’s scoop. She looked at me like I was crazy and said they don’t have that. She angrily gestured toward the cups on the counter and asked which size I wanted and I responded with ‘the smallest one’. She then gestured again and said ‘which one from here’ and I pointed at the smallest one(I guess they don’t have a kids size anymore?). I paid $ 6 for a small. The ice cream itself was delicious, but not worth it. Especially with such horrible service.

Worst service ever… at this location. You walk in both of the guys seem like they don’t want to be there… I had to get the guys attention to get the ice cream. Plus, when I asked our server to put it in a cone he gave me this attitude… so I told him don’t worry about it and left… horrible, I will never return to this location.

Went to Marble Slab in the Galleria earlier today. Service was extremely slow. When it was our turn to order, my wife asked the employee what his favorite flavor was… His response was«I don’t eat this stuff.» I have been to Marble Slabs all over the state of Texas and have been going for over 20 years to Marble Slab, the gentlemen gave the absolute worst service ever. Everything was a chore, including paying. Avoid this location of Marble Slab Creamery!

If you have a craving for ice cweam then this is the place for you. A variety of flavors that will surly satisfy your taste buds. The caramel, pecans, vanilla with a heath bowl is my favorite. This is my spot when I want to take a break from my normal Sunday fun-day lineup.

Did anyone say icecream?! I love love love icecream and Marble Slab definitely knows how to make me happy. I have tried a lot of their flavors and I have not been dissapointed yet. My all time favorite however, is their Turtle cake! OMG, if anyone ever wants me to love them unconditionally. the way to my heart is with a Marble Slab turtle cake! lol(seriously) The cakes are a little precey, but definitely worth it. I find any excuse to buy one and calm my guilt by sharing it. So, hang out with me and I will give you a piece of heaven(hehe). Now that I have confessed my undying love for the Marble slab turtle cake, I have to admit that no matter what happens between us, I will always come back to you turtle cake! always! This is true love. :)
