Great service and very helpful staff. Even though they don’t sell men’s clothing the staff did a great job providing feedback on a gift for my girlfriend.

Received a gift card to this store, I saw some items online and I got pretty excited to go shopping that day. I do shop at Guess and love their clothes and customer service. However, the moment I walked into this store I was sadly disappointed. Not a single employee greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I was in the store for 20mins and not once have anyone came up to me. Very disappointing, employees are very cold and stuck up, extreme difference from Guess store, which is located at the same mall! Safe to say I will not come back and will redeem my gift card at the Guess store.

I’m gonna go ahead and give this place a four-​star because every time I come in to this location the store has been me and tidy super presentable and about 90% of the items have been to my liking. and no matter what occasion it is that you are shopping for this place definitely has something that will catch your eye and maybe suitable for it. I’ve been shopping at Marciano not this location but Marciano in general for a very long time and can say that the quality is much better than that of 95 percent of other store targeted towards females shopping for trendy outfits.
There used to be this one sales associate her name was Rachel I believe and she was amazing she may have been the assistant manager I’m not sure but regardless she was super helpful and very professional. She is no longer there but there is other associate currently that is very helpful.
The only reason why am going to give ita four start and not a 5 because of the prices. They don’t seem to run many sales. I have been to other locations, not in Houston, that have seemed to run more sales from time time time compared to this location.
I definitely recommend the store if you’re looking for an outfit to wear in the evening cocktail dress night out dinner and or any other special location. Oh and they do have SOME day to day wear as well that is practical.
