So I refer to this as the stinky place because you always stink when you come out of there. Their donuts are soo good and their breakfast tacos are always fresh but you definitely can’t run in and out. They aren’t super fast and while you are waiting for your food you become saturated with the smell of the place and stink all day. They need to work on their ventilation system or something. Overall, the food is so good it’s worth stinking every once in awhile.

Breakfast tacos are the best. Other places could learn how to do breakfast tacos from these guys. The items used are fresh.

Average tacos, the standbys alongside some creative donut stylings… Filled donut holes, danishes, out of the ordinary muffins and scones. Donut happy hour from 10 – 11! That was a nice surprise that will get me back into Mark’s… after an appropriate amount of torture over at the YMCA down the street.

Went for the first time this morning when a nearby, highly-​reviewed shop was out of apple fritters. Very good, beautiful little shop with a great variety and selection. Had a regular glazed, a fried cinnamon roll, and the wife had an apple fritter. Would only have been better if we had gone earlier and they’d have been hot.

People say the «best breakfast tacos» are clueless. They are average at best. I mean, they are OK. Not great.
I did pay $ 7.59 for a burrito here that was not good. This place is ok, but better food can be found less than a mile away.

Best breakfast tacos in Clear Lake. Great variety of fresh donuts, muffins and pastries every morning, including the ultimate donut: The Maple Bacon Long John (yes, bacon!!). On the healthier side, I highly recommend the Veggie Special breakfast taco with egg whites, spinach, and mushrooms on a whole wheat tortilla. Plenty of fresh hot coffee including a very tasty cinnamon coffee. Friendly and helpful people behind the counter. I’ve been a regular their now for a couple years; I think you will be too once you try it.
