Matthew Gemp bought the practice of my former dentist several years ago, and I’ve been very pleased with the transition. His specialty is, as I understand it, prosthodontics, but I use him as a general dentist, since I was blessed with great teeth.
His hygienist Migne is very thorough, and Matt not only comes in afterward to do his checks (for cancer, gum disease, etc.), but usually comes in singing. He grows a beard every fall for his birthday, and then shaves it off for the spring, so it’s almost like having two dentists!
Office location is great – just inside the loop off Post Oak Blvd. His staff is very pleasant and efficient – a pleasure to work with.

Dr Matthew provides fantastic reconstruction care. Nominated for Texas Super Dentist 3 years running, he is hands down the best prosthodontist in Texas.
