Walked in with a budget, walked out with a great mattress, including delivery, within that budget. Extensive selection and the staff isn’t pushy and are willing to work with you.
I have to admit I have my theories about the Mattress 1FirmPro invasion and I feel like I let my City down a tad by buying here, but on a tight budget MattressPro has a good product.
The only thing, if it’s even worth being critical about, is that the delivery team showed up about 15 minutes before the scheduled window. It turns out they had called about two hours prior and didn’t leave a message, so I didn’t answer/​call back because I didn’t recognize the number. My bad!

I came in looking for a bed and had a wonderful experience. Taylor helped me and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. They have many beds to choose from and ultimately I made my own choice. Taylor you were awesome!

I went there on 8÷22÷15 at 6pm. Salesman was really helpful but when «general manager» inquired everything went downhill from there. «General manager» was very unprofessional even when the sales guy was trying to be really helpful. I felt like I was being questioned. I was ready to work out but salesman still tried to be respectful and professional so I stayed for a few. «General manager» was still being rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving very disgusted by his actions. And I quote his title because he should be acting like a general manager in a customer service driven industry. I will not be making a trip back to that mattress pro anytime.

A no pressure sale. Great mattress for a great price. Ask for Raul Davila. He was very helpful and with a great personality. Would recommend this business to friends and family who are in need of a mattress set.

Great service, great price!
I went in saw what I wanted. Rolly helped me out with a very low pressure sale. He gave me a great price and I left literally within 10 minutes with a scheduled delivery.
You really have to go here if you’re looking for a mattress!

I shopped at this Mattress Pro and had a terrific experience!!! My husband and I went to what seemed like every mattress and furniture store before trying just one more place. I am sooo glad that we went there and didn’t settle for something else. The store manager was Rolly and his «sales pitch» was very laid back yet the most informative that we had come across by far. I wish we had gone there first, but then we wouldn’t of had anything to compare it to.
The product selection is great. The prices were lower than what we had seen elsewhere, and the level of professionalism was head and shoulders above the other stores we shopped. The delivery service was fabulous too !!!
