Mattress Firm Spring Valley Village

We purchased a tempurpedic bed/​base and a Cozzia Serenity massage chair from Mattress Firm at the Houston Rodeo. HUGE MISTAKE!!! They delivered the wrong mattresses, they say they come between 6−9pm to deliver but are at least 1.5 hours late EVERY time. They have had our money for a month now, and FINALLY delivered the chair last night… Yep, you guessed it, WRONG AGAIN!!! When you call the warehouse, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone and it’s 24 hours to get a return call. Customer Service will not give you a regional manager to help resolve the issues. The sales guys you purchase from at the rodeo either do not answer their phone, or give you the same sob story about «they will have to try to get the warehouse on the phone»…completely unacceptable.
I have purchased from Gallery Furniture in the past, and I’m extremely sorry that I didn’t stick with them on these purchases as well. They actually act like they care about their customers there. Mattress Firm is very ANTI-​customer service. Please take your money elsewhere and don’t let them do to you what they have done to us.

Hubbs and I were looking for a new mattress, since we moved our current one to the guest bedroom. We thought it was time for an upgrade (size-​wise, too), and so we had been in and out of mattress stores for a couple of weeks.
Since this location was close to home, Hubbs thought it’d be a good idea to just peruse. I was too tired and cranky to fight back, so I grouchily walked in behind him.
There were two workers and the store was empty, it being a holiday (I forgot which one). We were greeted by a nice salesman (I think his name was Tony), who asked us a lot of questions to see which mattress we were into. I wasn’t even sure, but lying down and trying every mattress in the store helped a lot (it probably helped with my crankiness, too!).
In the end, we only wanted to spend $ 1000 for a queen and were about 80% sure we were going to buy at Costco. Tony asked us what our price range was and what we were looking for, and he was willing to work with us to get a floor model at a different store to ensure our price range wasn’t exceeded, but to also get the model that we wanted, which was actually better than the one they had at Costco. It came with a box spring, and Tony also threw in a bed frame for free to seal the deal. Sold! We finally had a new mattress!
The mattress came in a few days later, and the delivery guy asked how much we got it for. He was shocked, saying that they’re normally $ 800 more than we spent. I’m so glad we got it through them and not Costco. Thanks Tony for giving us an awesome deal!!!
