Seemed a little high. I’ve bought my previous mattresses from Mattress Firm and never paid more than $ 500 and it was for a queen mattress. I barely could find a full size for $ 500 at this place. The salesperson was a little pushy once he had me try out some of the mattresses for my sleeping styles and I wouldn’t purchase. I never purchase impulsively and told him such. He then asked me about my budget, which I already know is a ploy to sell something. I kept it cool and just went with the flow, but I honestly think you can find something that you need at other mattress locations. I would look else where before deciding to purchase here.

Went in week before Christmas, directly after moving to Houston, and ordered a California King Sealy mattress. Told the salesman, Will Smith, that I was sleeping on the floor and needed to get my mattress ASAP. He told me it would hopefully come in the Tuesday before Christmas but if not then definitely the week after. Well, after those two weeks passed and I heard nothing, I called and checked the status. Will answered and after calling to «check» with the warehouse, came back to tell me that the mattress was scheduled to come in on the truck the following Thursday and would be delivered the next day. I agreed that that was okay.
Well, I never heard anything Thursday or Friday so at the end of the day on Saturday I called and Will again answered. After checking again, he told me the mattress was on the manifest but for some reason wasn’t on the truck and «hopefully» it would come in the next shipment a week later. At this point I was beginning to get frustrated as I had expressly asked if my mattress would be delivered within the next 2 weeks when I ordered it and it was now 3 weeks out.
I called repeatedly for the 2 weeks after this and spoke to Will every time. He was dismissive and would not offer me ANY time frame of when my mattress would be delivered. When I finally mentioned that I was going to need a refund because they weren’t delivering my mattress as promised, he got defensive and said that it was a special order and could not be refunded. I said — «so you’re basically telling me you took my $ 2000 on the premise that I would have my mattress in 1 – 2 weeks and now I have to wait potentially forever to get my mattress with no recourse?» He told me I could order a different mattress and that they’d be happy to give me a «loaner» mattress in the meantime (as if I’d ever allow a USED mattress of unknown origins into my new house). I said that I was going to cancel the order and order somewhere else but he kept saying it was a distributor issue, they were out of the materials to make this mattress, and that they have no way of quoting me a time frame for delivery.
Well, I ended up doing a charge back on my credit card as I was denied a refund — basically this company stole $ 2000 from me.
I went to Mattress Firm and ordered the EXACT SAME mattress. It was delivered 2 days later without incident.
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. I am buying furniture for 2 more bedrooms and I will take my business ELSEWHERE.

My husband and I received excellent service from this Mattress One location. We purchased a mattress on a Friday evening around 4:30, and it was delivered, as promised, the very next day. Will Smith, our salesman, worked very diligently to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and the final quote for mattress, foundation, mattress cover, and frame was less than anywhere else we looked. Will did not try to sell us a more expensive mattress than we needed for our guest bedroom but instead helped us find exactly the perfect fit. And, Will and the delivery guys worked incredibly hard to ensure that our mattress was delivered the next day.
The delivery truck would not fit through our apartment community’s entrance gate, so the delivery guys carried our entire order through quite a distance in the freezing, wet weather. They did a terrific job of setting everything up, and we were incredibly pleased with the entire process! We’d highly recommend this Mattress One! Excellent customer service!
