McDonald’s

I’m not a big fan of McDonalds but I do love that sweet tea they serve! No other place is as good. Service today sucked. Sat in that line for 10 minutes without it moving before I gave up. But hey it happens.

Its McDonald’s. You always know what you’re gonna get because everything is made the same way. Its a tough, thankless job to work at a place that only pays minimum wage and feeds the masses. They do an OK job for what they have.

Last time I’ll ever come here! Sat in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes for 2 chocolate shakes only to get to the window and have the girl tell me their ice cream machine is down … I asked why the person that took my order didn’t tell me this when I ordered or came out to my car and tell me and her response was «I didn’t take your order, that’s not my problem». I wordlessly pulled away and won’t be coming back to this mcdonalds ever again.

I frequent this restaurant on and off for a few years. Six out of ten visits, I walked in to see a giant mess and walked right out without any food.
My most recent visit was the worst I ever had. I waited over 10 minutes for a couple of items from the Dollar Menu. I watched other customers got their food, except me. So, I politely asked the cashier about my order. She ignored me and shouted at someone in the back to hurry up. I had no choice but requested for a refund. She refused. I had to rush out because my lunch was over.
I immediately filed Restaurant Feedback on
and answered the Voice of the Customers survey on
. Within 24 hours, a representative called me to apologize and provided me with a refund.
I hate to see businesses fail due to lack of management with untrained workers. Since I have seen owners turning their restaurants around from an unfavorable status to somewhat decent. So, I will take a break from eating at this restaurant for awhile.

Five or six dirty tables were never cleaned in the 45 minutes I was there.

this is an ok McD. i’ve had had better. but it was ok.

1. Looks clean.
2. Ran out of Icecream on a Sunday?
3. The cashier acted like it was either dumb or a druggie.
4. They can speak English at this one at least the drive thru folks can… see 5 for inside cashier.
5. Stop using soy mayo it is estrogen… why would anyone feed estrogen to men, women, boys, girls and pregnant folks –sterile customers = no future customers = bad 4 future business…
