First time here ever fast service… and they didn’t charge me for no ice. thank you sonic always charges me for not getting ice… food was acceptable but great for my budget this morning

No stars! Slowest mcdonalds ever! Been here so many times and they are slow slow slow like if they were cooking some steaks that needed time to cook!!!

Will never come here again. I stood at the cash register for ten minutes while the black girl behind the counter day and talked to her homies about ordering breakfast at 11:00 am while she looked at me all ignorant. I left without being served.

They shouldn’t even receive one star! Reason we only stopped by in this mcd’s was only cause we were passing by & were already hungry & were looking for something real quick, but if I should’ve known about the service here I would have never even bothered! The guy who was taking our order was so rude he was like tapping his fingers as taking our order like rushing us after he took like 5 min to even help us out since we walked in! Then they took another 15 min to give us our food & other employees eating while making orders? Yuck!

Super slower service n bad food quality, rude staff.
I joined the line at drive-​thru. with appx. 7 cars in front of me. the line moved so slow. 31 mins. finally its my turn to order. i waited in front of order screen and no respond at all and had to yell loud out «HELLO???» when i reached the cashier, i couldn’t help to ask «what’s going on about this super slow service?» two reason was given «system has some issue» «health inspector was here» I joined the line at 1:07 PM and took off at 1:52 PM. Guess what? i even found out my order was wrong after I rush back to office.
I called the phone number on receipt for Comments or Concerns. «Sorry» is only think i remembered Mr. Eddie said. He did not offer to give credit back to me for the wrong order, so I ASKED for it. He verbally agreed and told me just go back to store to ask for it. He did not ask my name or my phone number; if he wasn’t there, who is going to believe me? so I chose NEVER go back to this store where both me and my coworker has been there in the past five years.
I was there on 5÷2÷2013.

Micky D’s doesn’t get a lot of love on Unilocal,but why are they so successful? Everyone knows about the restaurant, but I wanted to write a review because I’d like to see more fast food restaurants when I’m searching on Unilocal for restaurants.
