If you hate your life, despise the general population and are possibly suicidal, you should work here. The absolute worst customer service EVER! You get no greeting, no thank yous or youre welcome… who the hell manages a staff that’s ok with your employees delivering deplorable customer service? I’d rather drive an hour than eat there EVER again. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you hate your job that much, quit.

Worst location ever!.. Brought my son and daughter here for brunch and playtime. The food was passable. Let me just say that I know it’s a play place and I expect there to be kids escaping the 98 degree heat. But to have my 5yr old daughter walk out of the play area not because of the amount of kids but because of the unbearable smell says a lot of the overall cleanliness of the place. And that was even before she went into the jungle gym. Needless to say we took our food to go. I’ll stick to the drive thru but I’m not sure I’ll return to this location.

Longggggggggest piece of hair in my nuggets. So gross. My hair is basically ear length So I know it’s not mine. Ugh. I see why I haven’t eaten here in years. Totally grossed me out the front door.

I was in there yesterday. The woman behind the counter (shift supv? Mgr?) was filling an order and she grabbed the soapy mop bucket to move it out of her way. Why it was there in the first place was beyond me. Accident waiting to happen. Then the employee proceeded to put the woman’s order together and bag it. If I was that customer I would have refused both the food and that lady to touch ANY of my order. Ick!!!

This is by far the WORST McDonalds
ever! The woman wearing the shirt that said «Theresa– Manager» was horrible! While waiting for Theresa to take my order, I waited behind 2 people who I assumed were waiting for food. Low and behold they hadn’t even been helped, and I was there for a good 5 mins already. THEN when we did get waited on the Manager just pointed to who was next. Never did I get a «hello» or «sorry for the wait» or even a thank you. She needs to turn her shirt in and step down if she can’t handle the job SMH

This McDonalds gets so much traffic, GOOD SERVICE DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM. Ordered cheeseburgers no pickles, but got Cheeseburgers NO CHEESE (?)! Not fresh or hot, squished. Got money back and went somewhere else. WON’T BE GOING BACK, despite its convenience!

Sometimes… you get soo caught up being an 80’s guy that you need a crash of protein super fast, because we all know time is money, McD’s comes to handle this task from time to time. This place always has a line so yeah, it could be faster but once you order three or so double cheeseburgers you’re set. Kids are noisy inside, so I say stick to the drive thru and eat in your car whilst blasting some 1960’s Garage Rock or maybe… you’re feeling classy, and you put on Higher Love by Steve Winwood. You know what it is…

Flat screen television in the newly added/​remodeled play area. Redbox machine in the lobby area. Self service drink stations. All this & really nothing about this location to stand out from the crowd. Today, service was slow with very few people inside & 2 cash registers open. Not the worst Mickey D’s I have been to, but definitely not the best either. At least they were not skimpy on the ice cream cone.
