McDonald’s

I found a roach in my fish sandwich and i also slipped in the bathroom due to mayonnaise on the floor. Dear God help this place because it is awful. Also employess here don’t care about customers, cleanliness, and hygiene. Never coming here again.

After 11 years of not eating at McDonalds due to watching Super Size me and learning about Mickey D’s behind closed doors I banned myself from eating here.
But last night, I felt Ronald McDonalds push me into buying something since I was celebrating yesterday’s accomplishments.
I ordered my third favorite sandwich: Fish o Filet and dreaming of that soft bun caress my mouth and the fresh fish hugging my tongue. I knew that it was the perfect match.
The cashier was young maybe about 16 yrs old acting very dumbfounded, not remembering my order as he read it to himself. He kept on complaining to his co-​workers about how he couldn’t and didn’t know how to make coffee.
I received my sandwich in a bag with a very big hole in the side. That was strike one. I’m thinking these workers up here are pathetic they don’t care about presentation.
Then, I open the box to the sandwich and it’s looking like the sandwich is wanting to climb out of the box. I’m searching for the fish, «WHERE’s THE FISH?!» and then I notice such a tiny patty.
I remember back in 2004, the fish o filet was delicious and the patty was huge with fluffy white fish. Nice portion of tartar sauce. Pure perfection.
Not here, the taste was dry as the desert. Tartar sauce was little to none, I couldn’t taste any fish. It was bad. The only thing I could savor was the soft bun.
Disappointment! My thing is if you are going to do something like have a job at McDonalds serving the public at least do it the right way or don’t do it at all. These workers here are only about the money and aren’t even trying to service quality.
Calories for that sandwich was 320 and it cost $ 3.
I had a chance to taste my boyfriend’s hot and spicy and it was delicious. That’s why I added a star. The fries were greasy and limp. Not fresh.
They aren’t serving it fresh here. That’s the last straw; back to banning McD!

No wonder they have one star do these people actually care about customer we help you make your check. Get it right lucky I was in a rush because I would have went back clowning and demand a refund how are you gonna mess up two burger meals. I don’t do your franschise that much anyways Even my daughter threw hers food away never again if you make a child throw their food away that tells you a lot but I should have listen to the Elite Unilocaler Eddie about reading reviews and watching stars oh well next time I will. By far the WORST McDonald’s EVER! Complained several times about the lack of customer service. Cashiers and morning swing manager want to argue you down in placing an order. No customer, very unprofessional management staff. I fell on wet floor and the staff mopping did not have the signage visible prior to my fall. Staff did not apologize, nor offer assistance nor asked if I was okay! When I demanded an accident report be made, swing manager grabbed a piece of paper, seriously? Made an ugly comment, «There’s always something with you,» I asked her to repeat what she stated, and she DID! I do not know how half the staff there was hired, yes I know it’s McD’s and fast food, but some shred of customer service would of been appreciated! Beware of this place and stay far, far away!
