I’m only putting one star ASMYONLYOPTION. we had the RUDEST lady«try» to take our order tonight. It’s past 1:30 am and as we say hello into the intercom after at least 5 minutes, she says«can you be patient?» WHENTHEREISNOONEINLINEATALL… Clearly, we are going to go home and make food rather than have this lady spit in ours. We will not sit here and«wait for you» to be ready for us. DONOTCOMEHERE. THEYARENOTFRIENDLYANDWILLPROBABLYSPITINTOURFOOD.

I don’t know where the franchisee has been, but everything at this McDonald’s is disgusting. The only thing worse than the undercooked food is the nasty attitude of every single person working here. Make the trip and go to the other McDonald’s in the area. If I could give a quarter of a star, I would. Terrible.

Very poor customer service went through drive thru was told to pull up to third window waited 5 minutes the drive thru server asked why I was at the third window. I told him you told me to pull up, he said what did you order I told him my order he slammed window. Few minutes later another guy brings my food, got home the bread on my sausage mc muffin was burnt and there was no sausage

I came here on New Year’s Day and there’s a «manager» here that’s really bad at customer service. His name is Daryl and he’s not good at customer service. Put in an extra order that I did not order and blame it on the girl that was taking my order. The simple thing was just to scan the punchcard on my iPhone McDonald’s app and he claims that I can’t use the app 2 times. A punchcard is nothing. The actual $ 3 off is what I wanted and he said I can’t cancel my order. What kind of customer service is that can’t cancel my order! I could’ve not paid for it and leave but I don’t want the girl to yell at. And my daughter was hungry!!! Don’t want to come back here!!!

This place has really bad service they were missing half of my order if I hadn’t checked I would of left without the majority of my food ! And one of the girls was rolling her eyes when I wasn’t even trying to be rude! Also inside the is dirty including where you get your drinks it’s so disgusting !

The only day I decide to get McDonald’s and like always end up messing it up. I repeated my order 3 times and slowly. I work at a fast food place and this isn’t the service I was expecting. How hard it is to mess up a hot and spicy that you guy make on a daily? Rude management and very unprofessional staff. Poor service.

Every time I come here they changing the bag on the machine. I’ve been waiting now three full songs on the radio and still no drink. Worse McDonalds ever. Will never come back here. Four songs now. Going ask for a refund.

The morning manager is in need of a refresher coarse in customer service. I asked for a bit whip cream in a cup and offered to pay. The manager told an employee to tell me «no, we don’t do that».(I respect their policy, but I don’t think my request was that farfetched) Service is very slow in the morning. I waited on an oatmeal for approx 15 mins in the drive thru, which I probably could’ve tolerated the delay, had I been told. They offered no explanation! However the employees are polite and the dinner area is always clean.

First off, it’s McDonald’s. I keep my expectations fairly low. The merging dual drive thru lines occasionally cause some confusion. Some of the staff is friendly and some probably need to find other employment. Or some coffee. Or some happy pills. In any case, I have been fortunate enough to always get my order correctly here, which is a pleasant surprise.

Worst service ever I stop by because it’s convenient they ask me at every stop«what did you have» then I get no straw or any condiments or napkins EVERY time been given the wrong order several times. Avoid if it’s not right next to your work

And let me add food poisoning to this after I left my stomach was hurting so bad I had to throw up. The meat had so much pepper in it it upset my stomach and I was barfing and had diarrhea while my kids were playing next door I had to keep running to the restroom it wAs so bad people keep running out the restroom cause I was just barfing away … NEVEREVEREVEREATINGTHISJUNKAGAIN

Went there on 2 occasions first time I tried to order coffee early in the morning and they said they didn’t have any. The second time was in the morning again after 6am and no one answered the drive through window.
