McDonald’s

Every morning I get my tea here and every morning I am greeted by friendly happy faces. They always get my order right, Large tea half sweet and half unsweet with extra ice.

I am much obliged to be the first reviewer of this sh! thole. If I was just reviewing the daytime crew, they’d get 4 stars. This is more like a warning for anyone who might want to visit in the early evening through the night. The children that were hired for this night crew have provided me with the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. On almost every occasion I’ve ordered something both through the drive-​thru and inside, my food was made wrong. Now, I don’t think it’s the person taking the order because on the drive-​thru I can clearly see what I’ve ordered on their screen and it’s correct. It must be the people on the grill. They’re utterly incompetent. Last night, my husband and I decided to give them a try after not visiting since January because they made our food wrong. This is the closest McDonald’s to us, like literally in our neighborhood, which is why we even bother coming. But no more, I assure you. Last night, my husband ordered the new double fish filet sandwich with no tartar and a mcdouble (doesn’t that sound stupid?) with only cheese and onions. He’s highly allergic to pickles. We were on our way back home when he said, better check the sandwiches. The fish sandwich had tartar sauce and the mcdouble had everything on it. Went back and he went inside to attempt to calmly tell them basically ‘you could’ve killed me.’ The manager this time didn’t know English AT ALL. So maybe you can get somewhere if they eff up and you speak fluent Spanish. After calling the complaint number this morning, the answer to the problem was, ‘oh, we’ll have to talk to them about that. have a good day. *click’ Awesome.
