The facility was clean. The doctor was nice. The after care was terrible. I went there for a chest pain, my situation was very serious when I called back to check with the doctor and get some explanation, the nurses there were the meanest I have ever seen in a medical facility or hospital. She acted as she is the head of the ER made a decision and refuses to let me talk to the Doctor. These people are there just to take your money they didn’t care if I had a heart attack. I was in a severe pain and she was like this is not my problem. I will not recommend this experience to any one. These people are inhuman.

Warning! I was in here for 10 minutes for a treatment on a sunday night (11pm) of what I thought was a tick bite. It luckily turned out to be a normal insect bite that got infected. Got two invoices this week: USD 1100 for use of the room and USD550 for physican services. This is a complete scam. They did not inform me about the costs when I enquired, ’ we dont do the invoicing here’.

I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The so call doctor (Randolph Nelson) was so rude he treated us like crap. The nurse came in she never introduce herself she just came in and started writing information down that the tech was giving her and looked at my baby walked out. I work in the health field and I know this is no way to treat patients… they will never get my business if you’re planning to go please think twice and go to REAL ER!

I went here to get checked out from a motor vehicle accident. The office was beautiful and professional. We filled out paperwork and were called back immediately. The doctor came in checked me out and sent me to x-​rays right away. I was in and out within an hour of arriving. I am so thankful for places like this. Compared to an actual emergency room at a hospital I would rate this place a 10⁄10!!! People were so welcoming, polite, professional and quick! Definitely go here for minor issues!
Just a heads up; do not go to these places if you are having chest pain or any issues in which you would need to be hospitalized! These places are for stitches, X-​rays, infections and minor fixable problems.

Very comfortable quick and professional! So much easier than the hospital ER. I was seen by a board certified doctor (ar least I think so… he had a white lab coat ;)
The waiting room has a large tv for the kids, juice boxes, snacks and a krups single cup coffee maker. Thinking of using it as free daycare in the summer!
Overall a great experience. Would go there every day. … if I were sick every day.
