I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. I placed my order on Unilocal 24. My order arrived and was incorrect. I called to inform them a lady was very rude. She made the order incorrectly and was arguing with me. I have my confirmation email as to what I ordered. A man got on the phone and said that he had to wait for the driver to come back to look at the paper. What??? I placed my order online. He said that he was going to call me when the driver got back. 20 mins past and I called him back. I don’t understand why he had to wait on the driver. However they received my order in their system is how they should be able to look it up. He assured that he would call me back. He called back in 10 mins. telling me what I ordered that was incorrect. I told him that I have my email confirmation that has exactly what I ordered. The lady was in the background yelling the whole time. He said that he would give me an extra topping next time. I said no I would like for them to pick up this pizza and bring the one I ordered. Im emailing Unilocal 24 now. This is unacceptable. I will try to go up there before they close and give them their pizza back and have them make my correct pizza. I WILLNEVEREVEREVERORDERFROMTHEMAGAIN.

Best Chinese food & pizza! They’re really convenient & efficient. I order here on cheat days & always order the shrimp fried rice. Their very generous on the portions which is always a good thing. I’d totally recommend!

I was a valued customer, ordered from here countless times for the last few years. I ordered an extra large which is a 16 inch pizza. When I got it, it looked a bit small mostly because neither edge was being touched by the pizza. So I measured it with measuring tape and it was 14 inches, I called them and they accused us of lying, so even though I had it delivered I drove to take it back to show them I was not lying. They begin to put the pizza pans ontop claiming it’s 16 inch, yet I see no numbers on it, and the measuring tape doesn’t lie. so we started to argue, and the cook called me a fucking idiot, yes… the one who is arguing against measuring tape called me a fucking idiot, I have been to some shitty places growing up in Alief, but the customer service was 1 – 10 a negative 1… I was even told if I brought it back and I was right, I would be given 2 pizzas for the price of one, and that didn’t even happen… I asked for my refund, and left. And don’t be fooled by the pizza, it’s greasy as fuck.

First time ordering from here and was very happy with it. We ordered the supreme pizza, salad, philly cheese steak sub, Italian link sub. All was good, but the subs were awesome! Toasted bread with tons of meat and veggies! Only thing they need to offer is chips with it. Great place! Will order again!

Worst place to ever order online… I ordered the cheese sticks which were okay… I also ordered 2 calzones one for me and my 5 year old which I cut in half. I must say I am beyond disgusted with the food I don’t know if the cheese or the dough was old but it was absolutely horrid!!! I called to explain to the manager who shouted at me and hung up. I just wanna pay for the cheese sticks that I ate and have the calzones taken off… I will never order here again!!!

Not worth it my friends. This place is full of crooks and if you dispute any part of your order, they’ll curse you out and hang up on you. They even threatened physical harm and all I did was ask to speak to the manager. I don’t know what’s going on here, but honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a food establishment EVER. With so many other choices save yourself the headache and trip to the bathroom, because they really don’t care if you like their food or not.

We’ve ordered a few times both pizza and chinese. The pizza hasnt been impressing. The green peppers tasted very bitter and almost old. The chinese has been average at best. The standards are really high being just a few blocks north of china town. Delivery isnt alwayd available and is definitely a pick up or delivery place. Some say its great some say meh. Its worth trying once or twice to see if it gets any better.

Just tried out this place as they left menus on our door. I must say that it was pretty tasty and fresh! We ordered delivery and tried out the General Tso, Pan fried noodles, and egg rolls. All of the items were fresh, hot, and delicious when they arrived! I ordered for both my significant other and I. The items were generously filling and so good! I especially liked the pan fried noodles since they were crispy and included shrimp, chicken, beef, snow peas, broccoli, water chestnuts, and celery. None of this is listed under pan fried noodles but with a quick call to the restaurant for ingredients it is so worth it! Also the prices are super reasonable and the delivery from our tab was only 1.50! Talk about quality, quantity, freshness and reasonable prices. I cant wait to order from them again. Good quality Chinese with reasonable prices. Also the egg rolls were only $ 1.25 and perfection! Also we ordered online at this address:
We waited only 30 minutes for our food to arrive.

I was at the neighboring hair salon and had the urge for some pizza. The ever so trusty Unilocal informed me that there was a pizza AND Chinese spot just 20 steps away. When I walked in, I was definitely unimpressed with the storefront. This place is totally to-go/delivery! I was the only customer, so I took my time perusing the menu to decide on what to get. I decided on the Italian menu but the worker/owner repeatedly suggested(more so URGED) me to order Chinese. I explained that I don’t really care for Chinese food. He then tells me that it will take 20 – 25 minutes so just order Chinese so I can leave. =/ After a little back and forth, I was able to order the lasagna special, which came with a salad and garlic bread. It took the ~25 minutes he predicted. I decided to stick around and eat a bit just in case of an issue and it was raining pretty heavily. The lasagna was decent. Actually better than I expected coming from a Italian/Chinese hybrid. It was better than some pastas Ive ordered from«real deal» Italian places for double the price. The sauce was a bit bland but I liked the texture. The cheese was pretty good. And it was piping, burn your mouth hot. I really liked the garlic bread as well. It was the real shining star. I didn’t bother eating the salad after I saw him make it with his bare(non washed) hands. I did notice that they don’t use the traditional lasagna sheets but thats neither here nor there. Overall, it was decent and filling. I got full off of ¼ of the pasta and a few pieces of bread. wont go out of my way to eat here, but if Im hungry for something cheap and(relatively) quick AND back at the salon I might give it a go.

I love Mia’s Pizza and Chinese food. I have been ordering from here for about three years. Will never order from anywhere else. We are known for ordering the Texas size pizza. It is Huge! You gotta try it.

I haven’t tried their pizza just yet, but I do enjoy their Chinese food. I always order the orange chicken very spicy, fried rice, and the cheese puffs. Very good. Better than most of the fast Chinese food places around this area.

The pizza was delivered on time but it had the wrong toppings. They put pepperoni instead of pineapple. I called and the person who I spoke with laughed and said he misread the order. I explained to him that I am ALLERGIC to pepperoni and asked if they could remake the correct pizza and send it to me. He rustled around for a bit and spoke to someone in the background and then said next time he will give me a free pizza. Well that doesn’t really solve the problem now does it? I just paid for a pizza that I can’t eat. Won’t be ordering again anyways since the pizza is horribly greasy and soggy when I checked it out. I guess I should have expected it when it’s an Asian restaurant AND a pizza place.

My coworker took me here after he raved about how good the pizza was. I am VERY familiar with how I like my pizza and I hold my standards to NY slice pizza. This was not anywhere near what I like. But to be fair, I probably shouldn’t have expected much from a place that sells pizza AND Chinese food… We ordered a whole pie with mushrooms and half pepperoni half sausage and it came with a 2 liter soda all for $ 15. The crust was a little thicker than I like but it was still pretty good as the bottom had a little crunch to it. The sauce was good in flavor but there could have been a smidgen more on the pizza. I also threw in an order of egg rolls because why not? I ordered the pork egg rolls and it was actually really good. I would go back to try the Chinese food, but not sure I’d go back for the pizza.

After thinking about it more I downgraded this place from 2 to 1 star. I also choose to redact my statement about it being better than Little Caesars… they’ve gotten better and this place is crap. —— Ordered Delivery on a Saturday evening — It came cold and about two hours later, they told me about 45 mins. Pizza was better than little caesars but not by much. On a side note, they were friendly on the phone and the delivery driver was very friendly too. It’s one of the few places near me that will deliver so I would probably do so again. But it’s pretty meh.

I cant put negative stars, or i would. This place sucks. They don’t deliver, even though they say they do. And then they want you to do the order cancelation through eat street for them. Lady was extremely rude on the phone. I will NEVER order or eat here. Save your money, and sanity and just skip this place all together.

Pretty good pizza! Not a fan of the Chinese take out ironically. But they’re pizza is pretty good and when you ask for extra crispy or extra bacon… they actually listen! I always get my pizza from here.

First, understand this isn’t a dine-in restaurant. It’s strictly«to-go.» Then, understand it’s a bit of a dump, with boxes of flyers littering the few tables they have. Now, let’s talk food. I’ve ordered pizza from Mia’s several times. Always pickup-NEVER delivery. That way it gets home hot. Or, most of it gets home hot. Their pies have a rich sauce and a good amount of stringy cheese covering a crust with crisp on the outside and chew on the inside. I’ve never been one for thin pizza or thick Chicago style. Hands down better than most pizza pretenders. Tonight, I went on the alternative menu and ordered Chinese. The pork egg roll was thin, greasy and piping hot. Standard fare. I ordered garlic chicken with extra veggies and medium heat. That’s exactly how I got it. Nice chunks of chicken, lots of crisp vegetables and a Hunan style sauce. Two hours later I still taste the garlic. Our other dish was a house specialty with beer and scallops. The beef was lean, the scallops the size of a large nickel with excellent flavor. My only«complaint was I asked for brown rice and got fried rice. Language barrier? In all, we’re not talking gourmet dining, but if you come down from the mountain, you’ll find a little gem on Richmond and Dairy Asford. Use an app and order ahead.

I called twice trying to place an order for delivery. I asked if they offer delivery. The lady who answers the phone, with a very thick accent, asks me for my phone number instead if answering the question. After the third time I repeated the question she finally responded yes, we deliver. I told her I would call back with my order. I call back with my order. We have a similar language barrier when I provide the address. While I’m only 3 miles away, she must have finally found me on a map and replies with a very curt ‘we too busy, no delivery… dial tone’ She hung up on me. If that is how you treat your customers I never want to be one of your customers.
