We have been going to Dr Masera for almost 20 years. He and his staff are always professional and courteous. In fact, they aren’t just doctor and staff, they are like family. I always recommend Dr Masera to anyone looking for a very good dentist.

Best dentist in Houston and would recommend to everyone. I have been coming here for years and the service has remained consistent. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Masera always takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. If you’re looking for a honest, trustworthy, and thorough dentist, give Dr. Masera a try.

I have been coming here since I was little, as my mom used to work with Dr. Masera. Back in the day, I would have gladly given this place 5 stars based on the staff and the work they did. Dr. Masera is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. However, recently, there is a whole new staff, and that’s why this review is only 4 stars. The lady who cleans my teeth used to be Pattie. She was GREAT! Very friendly, did great work, etc, etc(I could go on forever). Unfortunately, she had to quit. The new woman who does my teeth, well, let’s just say I don’t even bother to learn her name. She was the type of person who tries to have a conversation with you while there are drills in your mouth. Lady, I CAN’T TALK! Very annoying. I have also never been hurt by a hygienist in my life, but, this woman… oh man. I have been raised around dentistry. As I said, my mom worked for Dr. Masera and is still working for another dentist. I have been around dentist offices my whole life. This woman doesn’t know what she’s doing. She picks at my gums over and over, apologizing EVERYTIME. I know that you have to get down by the gums in order to clean the teeth, but, I swear, she is picking right at my gums. To the point that, last time, my mouth was filled with blood. She just kept going, finally rinsing my mouth out after about 5 minutes of my mouth filled with blood. Every time she’d do it, I’d flinch and my eyes would start to water and she’d just say, «Oops. Sorry». Dr. Masera is as great as always. I just wish he’d let this lady go!
