My AC went out and I had quotes from 2 other companies. Some friends told me to get one from Mike’s and I did thinking this was another one I was not going to be able to afford. Surprisingly they were less than half of the other companies. I had to have everything but the ducts changed out. Not to mention that my dog has chewed through the power lines to the outside unit and they fixed that for free. A great company.

Our A/C went out over the weekend. Several friends enthusiastically recommended Mike’s A/C. We called on Sunday evening and they were out here Monday morning. Their specialist, Manuel, was efficient and pleasant, he quickly found it was a bad capacitor, replaced it, and we were charged $ 85. That was nothing compared to what we’d been expecting — the low fee and the cold air are both welcome relief!!! We will definitely use and recommend Mike’s A/C in the future.

We’ve used this company multiple times at my office and are finally fed up. We have to call them out every couple of months and they always have to repair something else that costs hundreds of dollars. Most recently, they quoted me approx $ 400-$ 450 to replace a part, I approved, and they went and got the part. Sometime later the tech came in my office with a lady from his office on the phone for me. She apologized because they forgot to call and tell me it was going to cost DOUBLE that! When we refused the work they told us they had already installed the part, We told them to take it off and leave. We came to an agreement to pay for the part only with no labor, which was still more than the original quote, but were very unhappy. Then, 2 days later, our unit isn’t working again! We just had a different company come out and the part they just replaced needs to be replaced again… Mike’s came back and fixed the problem, which is the reason for 2 stars, but still a very sour taste in my mouth.
