Took 6 shirts. Three of them came back with severely ruined and broken buttons. I asked the guy working behind the counter. He said «Yes this is because they pressed too hard with the cleaning machine, but we are not responsible for the buttons or zippers…
The guy just said they ruined the shirt, but they are not responsible.
