I was referred to Mischer by a family member. I called the number on their website 877−756−3876 and was told that I had the wrong department and should call 832−325−7576. I called and asked that person if I had the right department, they asked what was needed, I told them, they said they needed to transfer me to the scheduling department. That person answered, I told them I needed to make an appointment and they asked what was going on… I told them, they said they would also transfer me to the scheduling department. Then a call center answered and said that they could take a message for the scheduling department or I could call back. So, about 15 minutes later I called back to the 832−325−7576 number and got voice mail. I left a message saying what I needed and that I wasn’t sure if I even had the right number. I waited over an hour and called again… I explained that I think they have a phone problem and asked if I was talking to the correct person and was told rudely«you keep calling the wrong number». This leads me to believe that they got my message and didn’t care to call me back with the correct number. I am concerned that if their patient treatment is so poor just trying to make an appointment, that their actual neuro department probably isn’t someone I could trust either.
