I called MODERN PEST CONTROL to ask them the price for extermination of pests from my home on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). I was given a price, I decided to use them, I paid them in advance. The date came when their exterminator was to arrive and when he got here he asked me what the problem was. I told him that I’ve seen small roaches and that they may be German cockroaches. He immediately told me that the price would be triple the price I’ve already paid for him to cure that problem. I asked him to leave. That really made me mad. The question of pests should have been asked in the very beginning if prices change with different pests. My business is going elsewhere!

Modern Pest took over a company that I had arranged an inside and out insect control. The problem I have is that Modern sends an email the evening before they will service the house. I cannot guarantee someone will be home the next morning. I end up paying for the inside and out service while Modern pest manages through short notice to provide the outside service. Lucky them for making the long dollar on the short service.
If you’re looking for short service pest control while and agreeing to pay for more, these are the people for you.
