Not a fan! My toddlers doctor for two years and today ⁵⁄₁₈ 3:50 pm my child had a high fever! I called her regular doctor Dr. Siddiqui whos office told me it was too late to schedule an appointment and then advised me I should go to an urgent care doctor. I was pissed and asked why I should have to pay more b/​c they did not have time to see her. They kept me on hold for 12 minutes which I was hung up on 1 times as well and had to call back! So after I spoke to another employee that asked me what I wanted her to do I simply told her by the time I was on hold I could have already been there since I work 5 minutes away. At this point I decided that I would never bring my child back there they are rude, rush you through your appointment b/​c they are too busy and simply dont care about your children. Anyone who can refuse to see a sick 2 year old should not be in business. The staff member did tell me at the end of me telling her how I felt honestly that she could see her today. After 20 minutes of my time had been wasted. I pay for my own insurance and on top of that urgent care locations charge you tripple the cost. At this point that is where i went and cant wait to find her a better doctor’s office! STAY far away!
