They were quick to get us in, verifications and waivers process went smoothly. Lab work and patient assessment was very quick. Dr AliKhan and her nurse Belen were friendly and knew how to speak to children. My favourite part was that Dr AliKhan was not condescending or judgmental (my son had strep throat but it was already towards the end stages when I finally brought him in, I’m a bad mum). The only hiccup was that they sent the prescription request to the wrong pharmacy so I had to wait extra time to get my son’s medication. The entire team was very accommodating, and the facility was extremely clean and organised. Will keep Dr AliKhan as my son’s PCP.
