The owner was very friendly at first but you could tell she didn’t want my business. She was encouraging me to go somewhere else saying she was «swamped» with Christmas orders. I would never go back and would not recommend to anyone.

I wanted some monogrammed shirts for me wedding work, but didn’t want the shirts offered with the online retailers. I had my own custom fitted shirts that I purchased, that fit me perfectly and were the exact style I wanted… I needed a trusted local professional to customize them for me with my business info.
Delivery was on schedule, and the price was right, for the top of the line quality. Lynn is an absolute pleasure to work with, and a professional. I just came in with a handful of shirts, and a printout of the text I wanted… she did the rest. PAINLESS.
My newly monogrammed work shirts are the most exciting thing… more fun than buying a new camera. ;) I’ll for sure be going back to get more shirts done. This would also be a great place to get wedding type stuff done.

I am very happy with the items I had monogrammed here. The owner took the time to show me several thread colors, talk me through font choices, font size, etc. My items were completed on time (2 days) and most importantly were beautifully done. My only complaint is the pricing, but I have no idea what others charge and I realize the owner has to make a living, too. Overall I am very satisfied and will be coming back.

Houston’s best monogram and embroidery shop. Ever. Lynn, the owner, no loner does hand made wax candles as the name implies, but her state of the art equipment, her love of technology, and her commitment to customer service make this the best embroidery and monogram shop in Houston.
Set-​up fees are right in line with the local rates, and the fact that she embraces the high tech speaks volumes of her understanding that in order to be competitive, you gotta have the gear. As to speed, Lynn is fast fast fast — and I mean fast fast fast. She does work that some local yokels take a million years to do in days.
Her warm demeanor, expertise, and insight are all part of the experience. She’ll guide you through and even advise you on placement, etc.
Company logos come out looking sharp, just bring in a disk with your high-​res image and let her know if you need to add lettering! Lynn will hit it right on and you’ll walk away from The Wax Factory and Monogram Shop with a great product for your company, your team, or for your own personal use!
Best in class is the best way to describe this little gem, tucked in next door to the British Isles. One thing of note — her seasonal collection of limited edition Christmas Ornaments is worth the trip alone if you find yourself not in need of her services!
