This is a horrible nasty apartment complex. No security and no professionals in the office. Do not move in here.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I live in a home a few blocks from this apartment complex and the tenants are constantly running around breaking in to houses and cars in the surrounding neighborhoods. Our house/​car has been broken in to 4 times in less than a year and it was tracked back to tenants of this complex. Please read this article
These are the kind of people living at the Monte Carlo.

DO NOT RENT HERE. I should have known something wasnt right when Domino’s said that they wouldn’t deliver to me…
Was it because the sound of gunshots at night?
Or was it because of the mysterious blood on the side walk.
OR the string of robberies where my apt was also hit???
Maintenance is a joke and they are infested with roaches.
This place is total shit.

If you don’t care for pools or gym being open then go ahead and stay here.
If you don’t like to barbeque on your patio then stay here.
If you don’t care about maintenance (ie air filter or leaking faucets) being done in a timely manner then stay here.
There is no security guard anymore or if there is they don’t come to the back part anymore.
Our AC leaks when used, bad. I am not talking about the slow dripping you get with condensation. I am talking about putting a bucket underneath and change it out often. Our AC filter is a home for mold. We have requested not once, not twice but three times to change it out and just finally gave up. There is now a hole right under the AC where all the leaking comes from which they evaluated not once but twice and did nothing afterwards??? On a rainy day, yup, more leaks. Remember that flood we got earlier this year? Yeah, that was fun with the leaks. (this is our second unit with this apartment, they relocated after our first had multiple leaks in it (not just the AC unit this time, leaks in MBR and bathroom on rainy days).
I swear our apartment is just filled with mold spores. Always getting sick, hard time breathing whenever we are home. But when we go out, like working, we always feel better. It got to the point I would rather be working then be home.

I am currently not a resident here and wouldn’t be one even if Houston runs out place to stays. I turned in my application via online, left 3 voicemails with no response. Second, price that’s online vs availability are different. Third, attitude! What is wrong with some of people that works there? If you don’t like dealing with customers then you shouldn’t be working there. Last but not least, Are they short on staffs? The wait time could go from 45 minutes to 1:30.

Moved in a couple years ago. Slowly the apartments have gone to good to really bad.
Currently if you try to get any small maintance done in your home they take up to 2 or more months to take care of it, or they may lose your order request for maintance. I do not recommend any body to stay here.
