I made an appointment to see Dr. Moore but instead I was seen by another Dr. and an assistant. Dr. Moore only came in, shook my hand then left. The whole time I was speaking to the other 2 individuals and trying to explain my issue they were not listening. They were only trying to persuade me to buy Dr. Moore’s skin care products. The whole time they were trying to sell me Dr. Moore’s products. Even stuff i did not need. I told them i didnt want to speak to them anymore, i want to talk to the aesthetician. She took down my information and said she will call me to schedule a chemical peel appointment. She never called! This was a complete waste of money and time. I dont recommend anyone to go to Dr. Moore

The actual treatment of acne and other skin conditions works, but the 3 stars comes mainly from the customer service. You more than likely will not actually see Dr. Moore, although that is who you booked your appointment under. Be prepared to wait a wide range of 15 – 30 minutes to be seen at times. This is very baffling, seeing that most of my appointments have been with little to no other patients in the waiting area. The actual dermatologist can be very impersonal and sometimes I think I was seen by a nurse and no actual dermatologist. For the wait, the actual doctor may spend less than 5 minutes with you. The check out process is very outdated. Once again, the treatment is very effective, but all other areas need improvement.

I’ve been having my facials done at Dr. Moore’s by Jessica for over 6 months. This young lady is very professional, educational, helpful and thorough. She has remained consistent with every visit. She’s eager to get to know her clients on a professional level. I love the fact that for my services she knows exactly what’s for me and what I can’t tolerate because she knows my skin. She also give great tips for at home skin maintenance. With her techniques and at home care my skin is sooooo much better, and I get compliments on my glow and youthful looking skin. She is truly an asset to the business.
