After doing a quick google search I came across this business which at first seemed to be close to my home. After calling they said the location closest to me had closed and only their other location was still open. I told them what was wrong with my PS3 and they said they should be able to fix it. I should’ve realized this place wasn’t legitimate since it was on the side of a gas station once I arrived. I looked past this and went inside to find out that I had to put a $ 25 non refundable deposit down regardless of whether they could fix it or not. This should’ve been my second clue. Since I had already driven 30 mins from my home I decided to go ahead and give it a try. They told me it should be fixed in two days. Two days rolled around and I tried calling six times with no answer. I tried calling again the next day in which I finally got a reply. She told me that someone was supposed to call me on Saturday and guess that they never did (shifting the blame to someone else). I had to ask about the state of my PS3 and she finally told me that it was un repairable. DO NOT use this business to fix any of your electronics. I wouldn’t put it past this business to take your product and your $ 25 and give you another PS3 that is broken when you get your electronic back. VERY SKETCHY PLACE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Despite having to go back to correct a problem that was not diagnosed during the first pick up, the problem was resolved in a professional manner to the extent that the owner called to apologize for the delay and extra travel time I encountered.
