Dr Mott is amazing. Wonderful bed side, knows her stuff, and cares for her patients. Sometimes the wait can be long, but she’s #1 in the state of Texas, #1 in Houston, and ranked in the top 50 in the country. For that reason, I will gladly wait.

Dr. Mott herself gets 4 stars. But before you can ever get to her you have to magically get through the scheduling process and staff, both ABYSMAL! Its unfortunate because such a good doctor should be supported by a team or system that reflects her great care. If you have more patience than me, i would recommend requesting an appt 2 – 3 months before you really need to go. Or, try to reach her nurse, other phone calls and messages are pointless. Jokingly, the email system says they will get back to you in 2 business days. My most recent request was submitted July19 but no response of ANY kind yet, five business days and counting. I wish i could say this is an anomaly. Its become my normal experience with this office. Hate to leave a great dr but i can’t see her what’s the point!

Dr. Mott is a fabulous doctor. She is extremely thorough but does care about you and your health. She actually delivered me and she was my doctor up until I moved to Dallas. The practice is very popular, so waiting times can be long, but Dr. Mott does a good job of listening to you, giving her own feedback, and consulting with you on your visit and any next steps.
