The man was so professional and showed so much concern about doing the repair correctly(which this was not an easy repair). I will ask for him next time and there will be a next time.

I’m a contractor’s daughter and I KNOW how long installation of two toilets(when one is already removed) should take. They quoted 2 – 3 hours and I was clear that if it took over 2 hours — max — someone wasn’t doing a good job. I was pleased to get a same-day 1:00 — 2:00pm start time. I was happy when Mr. Handyman even called to ask if the crew(which ended up being one guy) could come early. Ends up, he was over an hour late from the original appointment time, not early. The worker was clearly someone who understood«paid by the hour». No one working for themselves would ever be that slow. My oldest son even started pitching in and helping to try and get the job done faster, and better. I’ve used Mr. Handyman elsewhere, and the service was always great. Not this time. 2.5 hours was what they quoted and the service guy took every second of that, slowwwwwwwwwly working. I didn’t even get the 10% labor discount in the ad.

The handyman that was sent to my house was extremely slow. It took him 4 ½ hours at a cost of $ 523.84 to replace one faucet and replace a baseboard on my back door. I had a third job for him to do, but it took him so long that I cut my losses and did not allow him to complete a third job I was considering. On top of that, he bought the wrong faucet and had to go back to the hardware store to get the correct one. He was going to charge me for the additional time it took him to correct his error, but I protested. This little venture was a very costly mistake. Never again!
