The place is clean, but I just paid $ 20 for a microwaved chicken wrap and I’m pretty sure the chicken gumbo was Campbell’s. The stale crackers complimented it nice though.

Quality deli with the speed of subway. I prefer Murphy’s deli over all other chain delis. If you’ve never tried murphy’s, it’s a lot like a combination of jason’s deli and subway. I’ve heard a lot of people say it’s more expensive but that’s really not true. I get a 6 inch Italian, chips and a drink for just over 6 bills. One thing you’ll notice is that the 6 inch is way bigger than subways with probably twice the meat. A 12 inch at murphy’s is too much food(and I’m a big guy) so a 6 inch is actually a good size lunch for me. At subway I always get a footlong. So back to it being good. It’s good. Really good. I think the ingrediants are really quality and I feel their muffaletta is better than jason’s.

Fast, clean, diverse and decent deli food, including some new Burrito options, and Mediterranean options(Greek salad, Gyro, Tabouli(in a container), and hummus). The Muffelata Special for $ 5 is a cut of a full round one plus chips and a drink. The size(in area) of the quarter sandwich is almost the size of a square regular loaf bread slice, but about double thickness. It is served with ham and usually salami(but they ran out before 12:30pm). It was hastily put together in front of me by the assembly line serving a line of customers. The olive spread was not special. Overall, it is nowhere as good as Alonti’s or anywhere near a New Orleans one in taste. I came here mainly for the Tabouli salad, but they were out of that, too. The portion is not very big and is overpriced, especially compared to Fadi’s and Dimassi, but my stomach was telling me I needed it. It was tough breaking the news to the stomach that you can’t always get what you waa-aahnt. The salad greens are fresh and crisp, for a Caesar salad. And in general, the sandwich toppings are fresh and show no aging. Consequently, it fits the bill for an office lunch group of 2 – 4 who want different lunch items in a nearby place. Similarly, if a typical couple is going to lunch, as they get out of the car, the guy heads to the Cajun Town Restaurant but the female grabs his arm and steers him next door to the deli.
