MVM Fish Market

A friend and I ordered food from here about 2 weeks ago. We order the wings, shrimp, fried rice, red fish, and catfish. My friend went to pick up the food. I asked him to make sure he asked the girl in front a bunch of questions about the food. He said she was rude and end up giving him a attitude. Also other people who were waiting told him she’s always rude to customers. The wings were really good. The shrimp didn’t taste at all like how the food use to taste. The rice was fine. The red fish was not red fish it was talapia. Did not taste anything like red fish and the cut of the fish is exactly like talapia as well. It’s cheap fast food so we didn’t expect much more. But the customer service was horrible. If you want cheap fast food with rude customer service this is the place for you. If you want better food and service go else where.
the worker who quits quite often here seems upset about my review. this is a real true review of mine and my friends experience here about 2 weeks ago. we will come back for more wings. they were delicious.

I Love Mvm seafood. The food is great and for the right price if your on a budget or not. The ordering process on the phone OMG. The younger lady is so rude. No customer service skills at all. The older man is OK. I work in the area and it’s convenient. She just need to work on her people skills. Without customers you have no business….

Really good catfish. Really good shrimp. Love their food smells good and reasonable prices.

I’m getting sick of people like Maryam A talking down on my neighborhood. If you don’t like the fact that such a great fish market is in that location then maybe you should not come there. There is nothing sketchy about the area. Stop being so damn shallow. With that said I’ve been eating here for 30 years and it is still fantastic… not to mention a very beautiful and courteous lady works there and make sure service is A Okay. Love love love it.

The surrounding area is really sketchy but the fish is made to perfection. We got fried trout and it was delicious! It’s extremely busy and I can see why. It’s better to take the fish to eat at home though. It gets to be too crowded.

The food was below average. The customers were busy annoyingly soliciting others. The customer service was poor because the Lady taking orders had a Horrible Attitude. The food tasted rubbery once it cooled down, the salad was soggy, the hush puppies & bread were hard.

I love the fried catfish and the wings are huge! They have boiled shrimp but it’s the small pre cleaned kind, not a bad thing but I prefer head on… Word of advice if you don’t want to wait in this tiny place for your order, call ahead. Other than that, it’s all good…

This placed smelled delicious! That’s all I really have to say!

Wings and rice will always be the greatest order.
