I came with a comforter and 4 coats. I ask for price. Guy that looks like a gangster says he can’t tell me and the person that knows is out. However he knows enough to offer the pick up delivery service. I’m in a hurry so I leave my stuff. When I come to pick up they charge me $ 180.00. Yes, $ 180.00. I complain but there’s nothing I they can do. Probably my fault. RIPOFF. I WOULDSAYDISHONEST.

I have been an MW Cleaners customer for over 5 years. There are many reason that I continue to use them but the number one reason I go is for Jennetta Thibodeaux at Store #13004. She is consistently professional, courteous and helpful. When I have an issue that needs attention, I can always count on Jennetta to take care of it. Like any cleaners, the quality can ebb and flow but things always get resolved. I like the coupons they offer online and at checkout, but you have to watch for their consistent credit towards bill if you use the pick-up and delivery service. Ask them about their, «Shirt off your back» promotion, you can earn free dress shirts!

Two months ago, I went to my «green-we-don’t-kill-the-environment» dry cleaning establishment to pick up my clothes. Sign on door said«PICKUPONLY, NODROPOFFS». Huh? Whaaaaaaat? I asked the folks why no drop offs. They were closing, and going out of business, sign of the times. Guess being green didn’t pay for them. Normally, this kind of thing doesn’t bother me, but it did. I was depressed. I had a dry cleaning place that I dearly loved and now they’re gone. Oh, what to do… my husband recommended his cleaners, but his wasn’t convenient for me and I know better than to have someone else be in charge of dropping off and picking up stuff that I want cleaned. My search began. I asked around. I drove. I stalked the area for a new dry cleaning company that has the dubious job of making me look presentable on a regular basis. I have once again found a dry cleaning company that I love. No, I adore them. At my first visit, the gal says«Now you know we arent’ the cheapest in town…» Ok, so, you’d better wow me with great service. And they have not let me down. They gave me two black bags for my clothes, with my name on the tag. **i’m laughing now, thinking i sound like steve martin’s character«im in the phone book, i’m in the phone book.» But, don’t we get a little more chipper when we see personalized service? I do. I can walk in, drop off the bag, and return the next day or so for my stuff. My clothes are returned with out the dry cleaning smell(that smell is from PERC– an abbreviated name for the chemical perchloroethylene that is used in dry cleaning). Sure, it’s a little more expensive, but. you DO get what you pay for. They’ll give you a coupon for your next visit. It’s usually a monthly special coupon… I’ve even placed the coupon in my bag(since you must present with your drop offed items) and found the discount was applied properly to my balance. VIsit the website for a printable coupon– for your first or upteenth bag of clothes. Also, they have the coolest clip hangers for my slacks! Nice shiny chrome hangers that are pretty in my closet. I’m a bit anal when it comes to my hangers. I also picked up a triangular sorting type bin box from them, to recycle my MW hangers. There is a door to door service available, as long as you give them your cc # to use/keep on file. I haven’t used this service, just don’t want my clothes hanging around my front door all day long.
