N Nails

Came back to get my nails fixed I refuse to pay again anywhere because it’s been a week and they shouldn’t look this bad. She tried to charge me to fix my nails when she messed them up. Made no damn sense

I do not think this place is as dirty as the others say it is. I’ve been a couple times since I stumbled upon it looking for a place open on Sunday with no wait. I have seen them clean instruments and what not. Just not with the heat santizing that you see other salons use. I do not know enough about the process to say if soap (what I hope is) is enough.
I stopped going because I noticed they just rinse out the pedi baths when its busy instead of full on cleaning. Also the water is often tepid to cold and even after I mention it, it stays that way. That icks me out.
They also did not know how to remove my shellac, took them almost 20 mins and finally they used a drill on my nails creating a dent that I still have and is slowly growing out. I was charged for this btw.
On the other hand, if you get the right tech your nails last a lot longer here than I’ve had elsewhere. And they really get rid of your callouses even without the scrub up sell. Hence the mixed review.
I’d say try at your own risk.
Oh and their parking lot can get crazy crowded. So much so I just left once. So obviously despite these review people from the nearby neighborhoods keep going. In fact they do seem to greet a lot of customers as regulars. I also want to mention I once left my wallet there and when I figured out where it was they had it waiting for me with the money and everything still intact.
I have found some place right on Cavalcade and 45 that is super close to me and a lot cleaner to go to. So if there is your neighborhood try there.

This place is disgusting!!! They are rude and unsanitary.
I came here out of desperation on a Sunday. My usual nail Salon is closed on Sundays. I needed to have my nails off by Monday. The ladies didn’t know how to take off my acrylic powder nails, they yelled at me said I should just get a refill. The only reason I was there was to get them completely off. After 4 ladies attempted to take them off by picking at them and hurting me one lady just suggested u soak them in acetone. As I was sitting there soaking my nails I looked around and noticed how dirty everything was. And how the towel they were using were all dirty like they were reused. They finally managed to get my nails off and they they started my manicure. Then she was going to use a dirty cuticle cutter on me. I saw her use it on the pedicure she did on someone else. She rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted a new one not a used one. Everything in there is so gross and they have out dated nail polishes. I will never be back even if it’s in an emergency I will wait till I can go to my usual spot!

If I could give this a zero star I would! They do not understand English. They do not sterilize their utensils and they did the worse solar nails I’ve ever had in my life! Do not go here it is not worth it!
