Natural Nails & Spa

This place is awful. I used to go here because I didn’t know any better. Every time I came, my pedicures were rushed and I was always cut on one of my toes. I rarely ever decide to get acrylic nails, and the first time I did the girl did a very good job and she was polite but she no longer worked there the few other times I returned. The next time I decided to get acrylics, my nails were so lumpy and so rushed and TERRIBLE and the guy charged me extra for the shape of nail I wanted — what the hell is that about?! Beware of coming here, and forget about good service if even one extra person walks in — they will rush through you just to get to them because they’re a regular and give you a fucked up mani/​pedi. They will also charge you a dollar for using your debit card. Dumb!

I went in today, the day before school started back up. Of course I knew everyone was going to be at the nail shop getting dolled up but oh well. I waited for about 20 minutes before being attended to because the water wasn’t aware that I need my eyebrows waxed. She was very apologetic about it and nice. I like coming to this place because she always takes her time and goes back to get the stubborn hairs. I haven’t gotten my nails done her but waxing here is great (:

Their sign use to say that pedicures are $ 16, but now (in very small letters) they’ve added that it’s only on certain days. So now if it’s not Sun/​Mon/​Tues I can’t get a basic pedicure. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go anywhere else so I agreed to the «Spa pedicure.»
I was willing to pay the $ 20– not a big deal. $ 4 extra dollars isn’t going to break me BUT it’s the principle of it all. I dont like «Spa pedicures” — why am I being forced to get one? I honestly dont like people touching my feet. I just want to get my toes painted– thats it!
Then they tried to charge me a $ 1 for using my debit card. Which really pissed me off. Especially since my pedicure looks like crap. I’m willing to pay for quality service but that’s not what I got. What a rip off!

Fast friendly and fun. I visit every 2 weeks (when I get the time) to do pedicure manicure and wax. I spend no more than an hour or two there. The place is seemingly new so it’s always clean.
I’d recommend this place to everyone. Indeed.
