New Dynasty Department Store

I remember the first time I discovered this hidden gem, I was curious about the sign with no lights. Yeah, the unlit sign made it harder to read. I couldn’t check in. So, I grabbed a business card and asked the store clerk. Yea, this is the «New» Dynasty Department Store.
This is nothing like any other department store you’ve ever seen. Friendly staff and lots of goodies from China, Japan, Taiwan and other parts of Asia. They have home décor, kitchen ware, electronic cookers and everyday housewares to greeting cards. Watch my in-​app video for a quick glance.
Their prices are very reasonable. It’s a plus when they have annual 10% off sale during Chinese New Year. Normally, it started from a month before the Lunar New Year’s day to few days after that. You don’t know the date? Google it. Sorry, not to be mean, but the date changes.
I could stay in the store going from aisle to aisle They gave me so many ideas for gift givings. I bought Christmas cards and red envelopes — mini and regular sized (they also have jumbo). Because of their selections, I consider this store to be on the «shopping stop» during the Chinatown Crawl UYE series this Spring.
