The guy that helped me was nice but took an hour and a half for an oil change and one of the techs dinged my door on the lift. Price was fair but prob not going to go back.

Every NTB stores I went to so far including Pasadena, Gulf Fwy 45N&BW8 by Fortbend Toll Rd locations is all same Shit, they make you wait for 1 – 2 hours for oil change, and if you have 1 year, 2 years or 3 years Alignment Program, expecting to wait about three hours on average for your vehicle to get in service. About 3 weeks ago, my co-worker and I had to wait 4 hours to get oil change and 4 tires replacement. I ask some customers are waiting in the waiting room with me, they said the same thing…(I am here wasting my only one day weekend just get oil change and air filter, cabin air filter replace etc…)

I just came back from this place. 1. Do not wait outside the Service garage. When I arrived, I waited outside the Service garage for several minutes. Employees noticed me but no one came out to help. So I called their number and notified them that I’ve been waiting outside. «I’ll send someone to assist you.» Several minutes later, the man I spoke to on the phone finally arrived. He basically told me to go park somewhere and walk inside. ~20 minutes gone because of incompetence and neglectful employees. 2. Helpful guy inside. The man that finally assisted me was quick, friendly, and helpful. The only reason I’m giving this location two stars. 3. No state inspection stickers. I asked if they could do a state inspection on my car and was told that they ran out of stickers. 4. Wait time was okay. I was promised 30 – 45 minutes for their services(oil change and tire rotation) and they came through in time. However, I noticed my car was sitting outside for a few minutes before they notified me. 5. Sticky steering wheel. Finally, as I backed out of my parking space, I realized my steering wheel was sticky. Not«car garage sticky» but«filthy snack hands sticky». When I’m done writing this review, I’m going to clean my steering wheel off. From my visit, this NTB location’s problems seem to be poor management, poor communication, and a lackluster, slow-moving staff. Zombies in the Walking Dead move faster than them. Yeah, I’m not coming back.

AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST! These people screwed up my car went through their insurance in which they denied my claim due to «sludge» —their loop hole. On the paper work they gave me it stated that they put in 4.8 quarts of oil in my car. My husband checked the oil two weeks later when the car started smoking from the tail pipe. He found that there was less than two quarts of black oil in the car. He added one quart so I could drive it to NTB so they could take a look. Once my car was there they blamed it on a supposed leak in my car. I had the car towed to the dealership and found out that there were metal shaving in my oil. They drained all of the oil from the car and found that there was only 3 quarts of oil in the car… let me see 4.8 plus 1 equals 3 quarts. yeah in lala land. NTB did NOT put the oil they claimed they did. My dealership tested my car for leaks. There were NONE. Mind you my vehicle only has 37k miles on it and I bought it 6 months ago. I was fn hot! Thank God I have State Farm because they stepped up and paid to get my engine replaced. Again please stay away from this place. It is terrible.
