I always come to this Office Depot because it is near my job. The staff is always super helpful and friendly and the store is very organized and they help you carry large items out to your car.

I have yet to have one smooth transaction with their print centre. It’s always something — not ready at their given pick up time because they’re too«busy» or they can’t find the order and have to re-print as you wait. Unbelievable — there are just too many options in the area to deal with Office Depot’s poor print centre. Never again.

What a horrible experience! Poor management and communication. First they tell me that my print order won’t be ready because they ran out of toner(what office supply store runs out of toner?!) but that wasn’t the issue. Told them to go ahead and cancel the order, nothing I could do at that point. Then a few minutes later they call to tell me that they replaced the toner and my print order was ready. I see that it’s 8:40pm and I know the close at 9pm. So I ask if it was okay that I arrive after 9, most likely 9:05 because of the commute to the location. They said«no problem we will make it happen». I RUSHOVER(arrive at 9:04pm) just to get told THROUGHTHEDOOR that they were closed and they cancelled the order without notifying me!!!

I was in line, but when I showed up at the register the cashier was really rude to me. She told me to get in line when I was already in line and didn’t even cut. Anyway, so instead of not being a rude person, she decided to be a B, and called the manager on me. I still made her ring me up though and then I got to tell the manager what an idiot this girl was(Leticia). I hope they find good help soon. This girl needs to go. Stay away from Office Depot or you might run into her too.

Came here for printing needs around the lunch hour in the middle of the week. The printing itself is fine however, the customer service, not so exciting. I’m not sure that the employee said more than 5 words from basic questions about which file I needed printed. I was frustrated that I wasn’t asked about paper quality or anything new about the printing except how many copies. I felt like I was in the way from whatever else she was doing. The employee made a comment under her breathe when I walked up, to which the male employee stated«would you rather do this» in response to the binding he was working on. In the end, I can go many places for printing needs. They all do the same thing. With that said, I’d like to go somewhere with customer service and friendly employees.

DONOT go to this store! I went in yesterday morning. Left 4 papers to copy with Dion. He said they’d be ready end of day. I went in this AM. They couldn’t find my order! Turns out Dion forgot to put the order in the computer for anyone to complete which means he didn’t get right on it either. I have a room reserved and a committee waiting to help collate, fold, & stuff envelopes. If you have a deadline– RUN!!!

I came to this store Tuesday night, I had a deadline to meet the next day. The young guy helped me find all of items I was looking for plus the young lady Leticia checking me at the cash-register out gave me a coupon since mine was expired I thought that was very nice of her. I will be back to this location again!

I was greeted very soon after walking in by a pleasant young man who asked about my particular shopping needs. I told him what I was looking for, cream colored envelopes for mailing wedding invitations. He showed me the store’s selection and had very good knowledge of the products. My overall experience was very positive: the store was clean and well organized, had exactly what I was looking for, and had employees providing excellent service. Will shop here again.

I come in with a list of everything I need, and someone will walk me through the store to locate it all. Super easy, especially when I’m getting ink. Just go to the counter with my list of ink cartridges needed & they pull it all for me. They were also helpful the last time I bought a copy machine. Explained the return policy just in case the rest of the office didn’t like what I got. Very helpful.

John greeted me at the door, found the product I was seeking, gave me an additional 10% discount because there was some damage to the cardboard box containing the printer. He rang it up and delivered it to my car. Great service. I’ll be back!

This is not a large Office Depot. The staff is attentive, maybe TOO attentive seeing as off duty employees feel the need to «help» you out. Not sure if Office Depot employees work on commission, but the one time I did ask for help in locating«China Markers» the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Luckily he did think to ask a manager and they apparently knew the aisle to look in though they were still difficult to locate. In general fairly pricey. But sometimes the convenience factor is worth paying for when you need something ASAP. What I was thankful for the last time I went was the pretty large selection of gift cards as it saved me a run to CVS for a couple of itunes cards, game stop cards, etc. The also have a small selection of greeting cards at the front. I’ve never purchased any equipment from office depot. Mainly just desk organizing equipments, paper, pens, markers, etc.

I am currently a «course director» for a legal training in town. Nevermind what it is for but what matters is what I have to do: run off and organize at least 24 binders with 15 different sections each. Kinkos has always worked well for my big legal runs but I guess I like to give others a shot. I decided to take the template binder to office depot and ask how they could do it cheap for me. They gave me a couple of options but never a price. I told them to do it the most simple way, assuming the most simple price. Lesson one(my own personal one) make sure to get a price and have them read back to you your own instructions. When I went to pick up the copies they didn’t put my order in the way I asked for it and charged me service charges for services they didn’t give me. Apparently, putting a separator page costs 5.00 of service. Thankfully they didn’t actually waste their time on the«service.» To top it off, you’d think they would take care of a client who is paying over $ 500 for copies, separators, binders, etc. You’d figure wrong. My copies were overflowing out of a box without a lid and when I asked for an extra box, they didn’t have one. You couldn’t find one more box and some tissue paper to pack my huge order in safely? I did call and air my grievance with the manager and the response was appreciated. He let me know that he was going to have a meeting with the staff about my complaints and he sounded remorseful. Either way, it would probably take more to get me back to this location.
