This review is based only on the Saturday, August 2, 2014 7pm crew for this store. A total group of lazy unmotivated individuals. I needed assistance and was first ignored and then given the wrong information about where to find a product. I needed assistance with locating a furniture accessory but was directed to the technology wall to find it. The workers were each in their own little world and did not seem interested in assisting, nor did they offer. I think this deserves a call to corporate. There are too many individuals who want to work but can’t get a job. Here you have a group who seemingly do not want to work and that is bad for business. F+ grade.

I have a thing for office supplies. Ever since I started working I took it upon myself to be in charge of ordering and purchasing them. Going to Office Depot is like a fun shopping spree for me. This location is the closest one to my place of work so I’m a regular here.
The staff is pretty attentive, always asking me if I need help. When I’ve taken them up on it they never disappoint. Only once was I not able to find exactly what I was looking for but the guy totally showed me something else I could use and it worked perfectly.

Not a bad place they have pretty much what you need. I like the fact they have a UPS shipping option so you don’t have to go looking for the darn places all over the place.

Office supply stores tend to be in short supply on the East Side, and sadly this is not one the better Office Depot locations in the chain. While it tends to carry a good deal of inventory, the staff seems to be apathetic and poorly trained. I’ve often found an item in stock online, only to be told that it cannot be physically located and to go to another store. This shouldn’t be the case when they’re missing an endcap worth of pens.
Visit this store if you have to, but the nearby Staples is far superior.
