I come to this location for the friendly smiles and good service. Everyone is this store is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for be good at your job. I am a sucker for good customer service. I will continue to visit the location.

I come here soo much for various services and most of the time they are nice and professional eager to help. But on this particular morning one such employee was off task like i was disturbing her. So i have to take over and be kind regardless of her first impression. Managers need to pay attention to hire people who want to work with the public.

I rarely have to go to office depot and today I needed to pick up a couple of things that I have not been able to find at other stores. I found what I needed and proceed to the checkout. As I stood in line, the only person in line mind you, the lady who is supposed to be checking people out had her back turned to me reading the sales as unaware that I have walked up. It took her a good three minutes before she thought to see if anyone was waiting. When she did she seemed put off by checking me out. Really if you hate your job that much find something else that is not in retail.
