Brought my phone here at around 3:30 pm to get the cracked screen replaced. The guy that helped me said it would be ready by 6 or 7 and that I’d get a call on my mother’s phone whenever it was ready. At 7:30, after not receiving a single call and being put on hold when I tried calling them, I decided to head over there and check the status. After driving through a thunderstorm and getting water inside my shoes to get my phone, I got it received the same way I brought it in. They didn’t explain why they didn’t call me or why they didn’t do it. All they said was that I could drive back there in the morning to have it ready by noon tomorrow or get my refund. Obviously I chose the refund. This is by far the WORST service I’ve ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Office Depot used to be a necessity in so many people lives over the years, but now it seems to be a place that’s just there. Every time, I visit here it’s pretty dead uh, well a couple employees searching for customers to assist and that’s it. I’m surprised they haven’t gone out of business; I guess their prices make up for that. Here, they have all office needs. Office furniture if you don’t want to buy used, ink&printer toner, usbs, paper, art needs, and you know office stuff. My most recent discovery is Office Depot has some mini cute storage plastic bins. They are $ 1 and very mini like doll house bins. They also have plastic protectors sheets 100 count for $ 12. Everything else seem to be expensive for me to shop here, if ya need a binder shop elsewhere. Elsewhere is cheaper.
