Ojos Locos

I went in with the hubby and all the waitresses were eating at the same time. Our server was literally waiting on us while eating her lunch it was so unprofessional. She also was not attentive whatsoever. It looks really bad with all the waitresses sitting down eating while it is lunchtime. Who ever runs this place needs to be fired. I have came here several times because I live so close but I will gladly drive a few minutes out for better service!!! Don’t go people service sucks! Trust me!!!

This place deserves negative stars. It’s my 3^rd time coming and I literally have to beg for service. I’m out here working from Los Angeles and I came here because it was recommended by a local. My first time here was great. Sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks… Delicious. 2^nd time. I came in with co workers. We were not greeted. We sat down, waited 10 mins. People (mostly men) kept coming in and were being greeted/​seated/​served. We walked out. Tonight, same sh*t happened again. If it wasn’t for that corn, tacos and «locarindas,» I would have walked out as well. Thankfully, my boss went and asked for service. After tonight, I’m never coming here again. I rather spend my time/​money where servers will act like they care and provide excellent service. Sorry a** place.

After reading the other reviews I was honestly hesitant to try this place and not expecting much. But we got Samantha as our waitress and she was great. The food was good but the service was great. The only criticism I had was that the women’s restroom seemed neglected. Other then that, No complaints. Thanks Samantha!

Not the best Mexican food in Houston but decent for the price. Good laid back atmosphere, plenty of TV’s to watch a game or fight & love the margaritas.

Food tasted pre-​made. Waited over an hour to get it. Also, good luck getting the waitresses attention and even better luck getting drinks served to you in a decent amount of time.
Ladies bathroom was disgusting.

Sunday night we went to watch the Mexico soccer game. We come often n never had a problem. But this time we did. This bartender female out of no where ask us for our plate after I’m done eaten in a unkind way with her hand like u know when u ask for a dog to come here with ur fingers. My man got upset n ask her what is this? the way u ask for the plate… im a server too and I never see that b4. Especially when she decided to say we rude and give us our ticket” thanks for coming here ur ticket”. Almost saying here b**** bye get out!!! 1^st we didn’t do anything but enjoy our meal n game. And 2^nd the way she smack her gum every minute like girl show some manners n respect plz. I don’t think she deserve a dime. I wanna to tips the other female who has attend me once I got there but she say they share tips. sucks cause the good one work hard for that n should keep it and the bad one don’t deserve a dime. The manager was 100% thanks u. But she need to work on her attitude n manners when approach to a customer n keep that gum hiding. Nasty u can’t even enjoy dinner cause her gum n that saliva spit u can see coming out her mouth gross. Sorry to say all it true but other then that I don’t mind coming back just for the wings n game.

Me and my wife came here. Food was good but the service sucked. I could only imagine how bad it is when it’s busy. Waitress had a attitude.

This place sucks starting from service. I’ve been here to watch Soccer and they refuse to put sound due to respect of other customers. It’s a sports bar. Sport over music. So our party of 7 ask for the manger to speak to him and he was such a coward and refused to come to our table. Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star but it need a negative 5 star

It kind of reminds me of a mess up between hooters and a Spanish culture. If you are really into sports then this is awesome place to go because they have TVs everywhere. I went on the Thursday night at around 7 PM. $ 1 margaritas but careful because there is a limit of 3 per person. Drinks were good. Service was kind of slow. If I go back, I would probably just sit at the bar.

I’m shocked by all the reviews I’ve read, I enjoy coming here. My beer is always cold and the bartenders do a great job making the drinks. The waitresses I usually have for the most part are very attentive. I love coming for ladies nights on Thursday for $ 1 margaritas! Why would anyone wait 30 – 45 minutes for a drink?, that’s absurd. I would leave if i had to wait 15 minutes for a drink.

Two stars for cold beer and lots of Tv’s…other than that food tastes microwaveable and service is not only bad but embarrassing. I’ve been about 7 – 10 times and had 1 good waitress/​bartender.
Attitude city with zero personality. How about a smile once in awhile. Trying to find a place that has beer as cold as them with better service

Don’t come on a game day. Lord JESUS don’t do it. I’m here watching a Rockets game and it’s literally been 47 minutes since my Tia ordered a FROZEN MARGARITA. Wtf?! Its coming out of a damn MACHINE so why do chicken wings and French fries come out before?! I don’t wanna write a horrible review about our waitress Cindy but she’s trying her best. Just ugh. Frustration to the max today.

The service is horrible here! The hostess seemed to get an attitude because I told her I didn’t want to sit outside (it was humid). Then, it took about 20 minutes to get a waitress to take our drink orders! The food was okay. I got the buffalo chicken burger. The micheladas weren’t so good though. Tasted very bitter! Will not be returning!!!

First timer. Won’t be coming here again. Although I did like our waitress, I had to wait over 30 min to order another drink wait another 30min to receive it. Not enough staff. The food was tasteless and cold. Managers were horrible. Waitresses had a much better attitude and gave Better service than the managers. My bill was all over the place, had items I didn’t even ordered. They had to correct it twice. Definitely will not ever come here again.

When we arrived hostess was putting on her makeup. Our party of four was seated at a table where there was this thick slab of wall was jutting out, luckily we had a small kid to sit there. Horchata was good, chips and queso was great. The street tacos not bad and the buffalo chicken burger was a mess, the skin was sliding off the meat of the chicken, just sloppy. All and all I mostly agree with everybody else, service was not that great, and probably better to come for just the drinks, that is if you can get someone to serve them to you.

Sat there for 40 mins before we had a waitress come tell us they didn’t have a waitress for our table. Then we got our own drinks and that even took forever. He’ll no… girls are like teenagers serving beer. I don’t recommend this bar.

I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten my drink :(The bad part is, we told the manager about 20 minutes ago.

This is a really nice bar they just need to work on there service, when we first walked in we were not sure if we were suppose to seat ourselves or not well after waiting 5min we decided to seat ourselves then we waited another 10mins fof a waiter to finally come to our table she was nice we order nachos that took another 15mins to prepare and they werent even that good but i never expect much from bar food, later we ordered wings which came out faster than the nachos and they were really good. So over all its an ok place if your going to drink and watch a game but if your just going to eat you probably will be disapointed.

Horrible service. Took 10+ minutes to get a girl at the bar to ask us for an order. Took our glasses to evaporate to still wait for her to come by… and we had to grab her attention. All the girls had their make up bags at the register. No sense of customer service in this place. Only giving 1 star because I have to to post.

Pretty rad spot bruh. It’s über cool for watching sports. Kind of getting ignored by the waitresses but, it’s cool. Foods okay, not the best, not the worst. With that being said I’ve only tried the wings. Music selection is solid. It can get loud at times (basketball, football, soccer seasons). It’s a good place if you like wings, TV’S, and Beers. Come here get drunk and full of eats.
