I don’t even want to give these people 1 star. My wife and I are getting ready to make a HUGE move from SoCal to Texas and we inquired REPEATEDLY about listing with this company on HAR.
NONE of our messages were answered and when we DID fill out and pay a ridiculous amount for an application, we were told an app. had already been accepted for the property !!!
I asked why was the property still listed then, they said because the lease had not been signed, yet they continued to accept MONEY from people.
STAY AWAY !!!

Terrible management. Started looking for houses months in advance, were told to put off our search until closer to the date. Once we got close there was only one house available and $ 200 over our price range. We still went with it because we were in need. Since then, due to a technical error through the payment portal when trying to pay our rent, WE were penalized and for the last 8 months have not been able to pay online and forced to send a check. We were never sent a hard copy lease or even spoken to about lease stipulations (such as getting water utilities put in our name) and after months of paying the utility through the company have only just now been informed that we were required to put it in our name. When we moved in the house was supposed to still be having repairs done. We have since had to write 5 different maintenance requests for the same things. Huge dead tree in front yard, our insurance company has said they will not take care of damages because we have notified the home owner/​OneProp and they have refused to cut the tree down at all. We were outright told that our property manager had not ok’d the project and our property is just at risk now.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They do not care about the Tennant at all, once you have signed the lease they do nothing to try to make sure you are being taken care of for the hefty price you pay to rent. I do not suggest renting from them and if we had any idea what we were getting in to we never would have settled on this company.

My home has been passed through three management companies in the last year. I am a renter of a fairly nice property… and once they took over, maintenance has not happened. I have a plumbing backup causing my backyard to be filled with feces. This has gone on for months with hardly any response, and is only one of many MAJOR issues. I wouldn’t recommend renting through this company to anyone unless you have a ton of money to waste on a house that you don’t own. I am living in filth. I am not a person to write a bad review… even if I am irate… but this company is ridiculous. I have photo proof of these statements.
